I was extremely disappointed with the dinner buffet. The food quantity was shockingly small, and almost everything I asked for was already finished. The turkey was gone, and when I asked about it, the chef told me they had so little left that he could remove meat from the bones to serve me—that’s unacceptable for a buffet I paid full price for. Desserts were finished too, and every station seemed to be in a constant state of “refilling.”
A buffet should mean variety and abundance, but instead I felt like I was chasing scraps. Nothing was readily available, and the experience felt rushed, frustrating, and far below expectations. Definitely not worth the cost or the time.

Best food I’ve had in all of Jordan by far!
Food was exceptional. Service was impeccable to say the least! Atmosphere? Well it’s right inside the Marriott Hotel so can’t go wrong there. Price is super acceptable considering the alternatives. A must go to by all who visit the dead sea.

Mosaico Restaurant has truly elevated its experience after the recent renovation—the new decor is stylish, modern, and creates a warm, welcoming ambiance. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxed yet refined.
I had the pleasure of trying the soup, steak, mansaf, fresh salads, and a selection of desserts—every single dish was a delight. The flavors were rich and balanced, the presentation was beautiful, and the quality was top-notch.
A very special thanks to Chef Ehab, whose passion and talent truly shine through in every dish. It’s rare to find a chef who can master such a wide variety of cuisines with such excellence. His personal touch made the experience feel unique and memorable.

For dinner, they offer soup, an appetizer station, a hot meals station, a bread station, and a dessert station.
Their staff are very friendly, speak both Arabic and English, and the food is very good. They accept payment by cash or card.
Those staying in the hotel and would like to have dinner can book before 17.00 local time to get a discount (T&C apply). Kids below 11 years get a 50% discount (T&C apply).

We keep coming back! This is not our first time at this delicious restaurant within the Dead Sea Marriott. The only thing better than the fresh, amazing variety of food is the customer service. Led by the kindest, most gracious manager Khaled, he and his team make you feel not like guests but welcome family. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, the views or the outstanding team who runs it! Can’t wait to come back!!
