Asked for their special which was the hot Italian. Told the guy while ordering no sautéed onions and that I wanted fresh onions instead, he didn’t bother to write it down and I also tried to to tell the girl making the sandwhich but she was not paying attention. After waiting 12 minutes for the sandwich because it was a hot sub I told them they could keep it and refund my money. They did offer to remake but was limited on time. Just pay attention to your customers!!! Won’t be back to this location.

I love this Jersey Mike’s! I live in Tacoma and I come up here because they are the best. The service is quick and reliable, and Brooke the manager is always so friendly and helpful. And of course the sandwiches are delish. I will continue to come back again and again!

I ordered a mini Tuna Fish but they said they were out of Tuna. They suggested Chicken salad. I ate half of my sandwich before biting into a large chicken bone. So gross.

348th in Federal Way has been my go to for quite some time although this location has gone downhill quickly. I mostly order online for the convenience and have never had any issues until the last 3-4 months – I’ve given time to see if there’s change and it’s only gotten worse. Sandwitch prep is terrible and special intructions are not even looked at – overall quality is not even close to what it used to be. Very unfortunate.

This location is overall terrible. You can go to a pizza place, order your pizza, watch them make it, then bake it, then cut it/box it, then do the whole thing over again and you’d be out quicker than going to this Jersey Mike’s for a cold sub.

Every time I’ve had a hankering for a sandwich and tried to go here (it’s close to where I frequent), it has been at least a 35 minute wait. And even if I try to order ahead of time online, I swear it’s even longer. However if you look at your receipt from an online order, the time it is marked as served is way before you actually get it. My guess is they need to print it out early so that the system metrics don’t look as terrible as they are. 2 stars because, they don’t seem rude or anything when you order there, it just takes forever. And not to be whiny but, handing me my sandwich after like 45 minutes after ordering it without even a, “Hey our bad on the wait, we’re understaffed.” or even some minor token statement just has me wishing we’d get a Jimmy John’s closer.

I came today for lunch, and this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Immediately. I’ve never seen a restaurant so disgustingly mismanaged in my life. It’s filthy from top to bottom, the floors are caked in grime, counters smeared with who-knows-what, garbage bins overflowing, not a single table wiped down, and THE BATHROOM!! OMG. It looks like nobody has cleaned this place in weeks.
The staff? RUDE, disorganized, and clearly overwhelmed, but you can’t even blame them completely, because it’s obvious management doesn’t give a damn. They’re so understaffed it’s laughable. I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place an order, and not once did anyone acknowledge me or say, “Hey, we’ll be right with you.” They just stand around confused, irritated, and totally unprepared to deal with customers. ZERO professionalism and ZERO customer service.
They’re also out of stock on everything. No chips, no drinks, no napkins, no straws or lids.
This isn’t just bad service, this is a full-blown operational failure. Whoever manages this location should be absolutely ashamed. If this is the standard Jersey Mike’s allows, then the entire brand is in trouble. Corporate needs to step in, fire whoever is managing this place, and start over from scratch. Until then? Avoid this dump like the plague.
DO BETTER. Or close your doors. You’re stealing people’s time and money with this garbage excuse for a restaurant.

Came here for the first time and didn’t have the best experience. I wasn’t sure on how to order and the server looked irritated when I asked questions. I told him it was my first time and asked how to order and then he was more helpful.

I asked for a giant and he made commentary about if it was enough to feed me. I didn’t appreciate his comments even if it was intended as a joke. I’m not sure if he’s having a bad day but this experience made me not want to come back.
