Big roast beef?? Really? And I did not order this other whatever… I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger… where’s the normal bun and everything else? For 19 bucks I get more at Arby’s or anywhere else… not coming back
Edit… turns out its the grilled cheese burger thing… look like a bacon cheeseburger to anyone? I dont eat until right before bed and being severely disappointed with an order let alone one sandwich being completely wrong… you think im coming back in? Damn what the hell is wrong with this place?

Went thru the drive thru got our food fine but when we went to eat the biscuits they were completely doughy! So dough you could not eat them! When you pulled them apart it was a doughnut string. Tried calling to let them know and the phone just rang until you got a message that says to enter your verification number…..what a waste of money

I just came from the Hardee’s by westdale and I had my dog with me and I ordered her some bacon and the attendant. There went above and beyond and took great care of my dog and me. They love pets there and the guy was super friendly. I give him five stars man. If you’ve got a dog and it loves bacon, go visit this Hardee’s.

They didn’t have things to sell. I would love to share more to hope to improve the situation but copying that into my web browser got me nowhere.
It’s near my home so I gave it another shot. Mushy cold potatoes, cold Frisco breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was great but they hardly gave me any gravy. I watched two groups of customers stand at the counter un-greeted until changing their mind and walking out just while I was waiting for my food. I’ll never come back. It’s a shame the Hardee’s I went to in Des Moines was great.

We went through the drive-thru. Took a long time for us to get our food at which time part of it was cold and part of it was steaming hot. The order was not correct. Due to our delay and getting our food we received an extra sandwich not one that we chose and to apple pie things which were cold. I don’t think we’ll be going back to this establishment.

It has been years since I’ve eaten at this particular Hardee’s (mostly due to watching what I eat), and I decided to try their new Original Bag meal deal. Got a medium fry, double cheeseburger, and their new spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious! The fries were perfectly seasoned, the sandwiches were stacked just like their pictures (well, pretty darn close), and everything tasted so fresh (which isn’t what one usually says about fast food).
I came to dine in near the end of the day, and the place certainly looked like it had been busy though not too unkempt. I had to thank the store manager personally for taking such good care with my order. I will be coming back for sure! (which means I better maintain my good gym regimen)

Terrible place. They forgot what I ordered while I ordered. The chicken strips were pathetic. Small and basically bread. Staff is horrid I don’t know how you guys stay open.
