Friend gave my an e gift card. I’ve heard good things about Jersey Mike’s and was a little excited to get an east coast sub. Sadly didn’t live up to the hype. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good sandwich, just not for that price. I can get the same thing at Subway for about half the price. Good food, fast, friendly service, just to much $$$.

I am sadly disappointed in the food we received. They gave my partner the wrong sandwich and their gluten free bread is absolutely the worst GF bread I have ever tasted. It actually tastes like sand. I couldn’t even eat it. My partners sandwich was soaking wet all over and not even what he ordered. We will not be returning and I don’t like leaving poor reviews but this was dreadful…the chicken on my sandwich was chopped and grainy as if several days leftover. My partner has been in the bathroom since eating his sandwich. We both had to throw them out. Whomever is managing this store obviously hasn’t tried the food…it’s very sad. Spent too much money. We could have gotten TV dinners that tasted better.

Costumer service is trash here. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. They always get my orders wrong and they never apologize for their mistakes, instead they give you an attitude.
They forgot one of my sandwiches today 01/18/26 around 12:35pm. I had to go back for the other one and instead of apologizing, they just made my other sandwich with an attitude. MANAGER didn’t even care…

My favorite slick fat girl food meal. Completely with Netflix and chill or great for lunch at work but still kinda gotta work like my job is still hands on deck so i can take a quick bite and then grab the phone..less mess plus get good a price get good a li hood meal with nutrients our bodies need it’s the fresh raw veggies..hoo!!!ray !!!

Service today was far from a smile. The gentlemen didn’t seem too excited to take our order today. It showed with his demeanor. However, honored shore points when necessary.
Sandwich was consistent with other jersey Mike’s (awesome). Will try somewhere else when attending South Salem in the near future.
Always quick courteous and consistent. Restroom and soft drinks are available as well as sports on the TV screens

Very friendly and quick service. Great tasting fresh Pastrami on parmesan bread. The Giant about 12-14″ was $14.00 A little on the spendy side. I would definitely give them a try!!

The team here is amazing. They always make you feel welcome. Make a great samich and take care of folks. I’ve started do curbside for my wife and when I put a special note for her. They do above and beyond. Than Manager there is a very awesome guy.

I’ve never had a sandwich from this place that I didn’t like. Every time I go in the workers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to accommodate if any adjustments to my order were needed. I personally prefer this to any other sub shop in the Salem area!
