The vampiro tacos are delicious! Birria, great! Carne asada, good. carnitas are a little dry and not nearly as flavorful as everything else. All in all, a great little spot for lunch. Plenty of seating most days. Friendly. A tad pricey for a taco truck but honestly, mostly worth it.

Got some tacos delivered and boy oh boy lemme tell you how good this place is! The serving size for the price is exactly what I paid for and then some with extra radish and onions on the side. The plating looks appetizing. AND THE SAUCE! The best I’ve had in years. I will be coming back just for the sauce. The food was soooo good and the sauce was the perfect cherry on top. Every single thing about every single bite is perfect.

Stopped in for an early lunch. Order vampiros tacos. They were good. I guess it’s just birria tacos with cheese. I wish the tortilla was a bit more crispy. They were a bit soggy. But the flavor was good. I liked the red salsa, it had good heat and flavor.

The carne asada taco is a hidden gem in the midst of all the delicious birria options!
The dorados offers so much flavor, a great portion of meat and good contrast in texture!
The vampiro’s a very delicious taco. The braised beef is flavorful, not over cooked and the melted cheese adds so much goodness. The asada taco is top notch.
The straight birria taco is okay.
You have to order the consommé for an additional $2, of which was not clear so my tacos didn’t come with any of the good sauce and hence the star reduction.
Overall, good tortillas good beef and worth the visit!

Best tacos I’ve had in Seattle. Super charming staff and gorgeous presentation. Delicious and I got 7 tacos for $23 including tip. Honestly amazing value supporting local business. You’ve got to go!

The pricing for everything here is very affordable and the staff is super nice. My vampiro tacos were good but I wish they were a little more crunchy and a little more cheese. The asada tacos were ok and I liked how they gave me a ton of onion. The carniatas burrito was not good at all. The meat was really dry and honestly almost tasted like turkey. Beans in the burrito were not good at all either.

Im back!!! Dropped my phone currently have a temporary one but photo quality were ok. So im in Lynnwood today for Food truck Friday! And wanted to try ofcourse tacos but also small business food truck owners. I found it a little odd they had 4 star reviews so I had to try them. Unfortunately I wouldn’t give them a 4 star tbh. For me they were ok, i see the photo and obviously birria tacos are very popular and this place they actually caldo/consume . You’ll be surprised many dont and some dont even know what it is so i did get two birria and two vampiro. I feel the caldo could use more seasoning and flavor and the tortilla i felt they were drenched in oil and i feel that took away from the meat and the cooking. Obviously they are nothing like the ones ive had in Mexico still but it was a quick stop on my way back down to Seattle and had the opportunity to check them out. Service was good and the space is large enough to dine in and enjoy your meal with ease. The parking may be a little challenging if you arrive during rush hr so beware. Aside from that on to the next truck

Exactly what you want from a taco truck. Friendly staff, excellent food, a covered seating area, even a great big ol space heater! An easy spot to get to, right next to the furniture store. I stop by there just about every day that I work. I will continue to do so.
