The girl who made my order was rude . I asked her politely if she can toast my sandwich again and I told her before the order that I need it extra toasted. She kinda gave look to her fellow team member like if I am dumm asking for so much. I asked cashier to tell me name but she didn’t then I asked where is your name badge she went more rude said we don’t care you can put review but there is no name that we tell.first time in Memphis I have seen poor service and attitude and this though at subway not expected

Been trying to call since 9:20. They say they close at 10:00. We were on our way to pick up grocery order and thought we’d pick up dinner. No answer after calling 8 times.
Lenny’s answered 1st wring. Oh and McAlister cause we love the broccoli cheese soup. Read rest of comments and should have known better. “F’ this place and “F” the owner for not fixing the problems after every and all negative comments.

The women were too busy talking to pay attention to what I asked for on my sandwich. Had to repeat multiple times. Buffalo chicken sandwich was ice cold. After getting it toasted it didn’t even melt the cheese. Paid for extra chicken. Only put 3 little pieces of meat. One girl was talking on her phone the entire time. Very unprofessional and service was terrible. Will not be going back.

The lady wouldn’t accept our coupons after she made the sandwiches. She said, “you should have told me at the beginning you had a coupon.” Well we had only gone there due to the coupon. So we paid full price, but I was tempted to walk away. They should put a sign up stating they can’t accept coupons.

The lady that prepared my 1st sandwich said rudely. “You should have told me at the beginning you had two sandwiches.” God forbid she had to get off her cell phone for a minute. I was 2 seconds away from telling her where she could put my sandwiches! P.S. the store was not busy now I know why!!!

Had to do some shopping in Walmart and was getting Subway on the way out. It was around 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening. I wasn’t for sure what time they closed so I checked their hours of operation which stated they closed at 9. I got what a I needed in Walmart and walked over to Subway for them to have the bars down talking about they were closed. It was 7:00 pm. Will definitely call Management.

Closed at 9:20 on a Friday. Google shows their stand alone stores close at 9:00, but the one in Walmart doesn’t close until 10:00.

I asked for spinach, then noticed the spinach was rotten. I asked for some fresh spinach and then to my astonishment the guy gets another spoiled bag of spinach from under the cooler and just stuffs it all directly into the same container as the old spinach. I suggest a different location, the poor food handling and an obvious lack of attention from the health department could translate to food poisoning. “EAT FRESH?” yea right..

I asked for an estimate for a 3foot sandwich & wss told $70.00 I repeated my request & she saod seventy. . .seven oh. ..as if I didn’t understand English!! I left and called the other subway. . .a three foot sandwich is $34.99. I won’t use this location ever!
