DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, they screw up my order ALMOST every time when I order delivery but when I go in person I never have a problem. This is the fourth time my order had been wrong when ordered by delivery and it’s getting ridiculous. This last time I ordered a bacon ranch chicken cheese steak and I got a Philly cheese steak. The sandwich has two completely different meats and toppings, how are you getting that mixed up.

I went when they were short staff. someone walked off during there shift. The two girls that were there was amazing the were super busy with a line and it was 30 minutes before closing. They never lost their cool or their smiles. They knocked out the line quick and the food was amazing.

I have been going to Jersey Mike’s subs for a long time. However this past weekend will be the last time. Not only did they make my order wrong but when asked to remake it the lady said no. Then the manager asked for someone to else to make it and they said no… I was shocked. BTW my sandwich was a chipotle chicken sandwich on a wrap. I also tipped them but everyone was reluctant to remake it. When they finally agreed to remake it, she tossed to me and said here. No apology was ever given. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Not impressed with the fact you can’t get a hot sandwich. The person that rang me up was super sweet and the encounter was worth the money I paid for the sandwich. However, I enjoy hot sandwiches. I like my cheese melted and my meats hot. The pickles were good though. The vanilla soda they had was also pleasant. Just wanted a hot sandwich
