My experience was horrible, need to be trained better. You have workers with headphones on while others don’t communicate with customers well. They also don’t clean up spills or put up signs so no one falls. Your employee are rude and very unprofessional. They laugh at customers that are trying to make sure their sandwiches are made correctly. Not worth coming to this one. I will definitely make sure to never return.

The food was good, service was quick. The entry way to the shop had bird droppings all over the ground and front overhang. My biggest dissapointed was they stopped giving senior and Veteran discounts. The employees said it only applied to their store only. Seeing it was their store policy only, I felt discriminated against. For this reason we no longer eat at their establishment. If they start respecting Seniors and Veterans, we may become customers again.

Me & 2 of my co-workers went for lunch, it was my 1st time there. Wow, the service was extremely slow, I think a lady 4 customers ahead of me fell asleep waiting for them to ask what she wanted on her sandwich. They seemed a little confused as to what was what. My sandwich was good, so there’s no complaints on taste. The rosemary Parmigan bread is delicious. I just wish it didn’t take my whole lunch time to get a sandwich. Definitely order on the app.

Man this place was dirty every single table was filthy the table we sat at to wait for our food was do I dare to say the cleanest table in this establishment there were flies everywhere. The counter where they were setting the bread after they cut it for an order had flies landing on it, we were definitely taken back by this we have never seen this jersey mikes in such a disarray. There is no excuse for this, they had four employees working and it wasn’t even busy!? What a shame.

Best subs I’ve found over JJ, Subway, etc. When ordering on app, seems to overestimate time needed for takeout. Can usually order and gives 20-30min wait time, but often walk in to only one or two customers. They will make your sub early if you check in.
