I came in an hour before they closed and that little girl with the glasses and black hair, she refused to give me more tomatoes on my sandwich. There was barely any in the container, and she refused to cut more or even consider how I felt about, not having my sandwich done the way I wanted she was very rude about it and she ignored every single time I asked.

I hope management sees this that they’re refusing to prep more food and satisfy customers

I paid over $20 for my sandwich and I didn’t even get tomatoes on it and how hard would it been to have gotten a tomato and just cut it?

I mobile order a #13 and they let me know it’s still being made, no problem. I get my drink and they have no ice, I asked for a bottled drink and they tell me to pay for the difference and so I asked for a refund. They finally tell me I can get a bottled drink instead. I then get my sub (mind you they placed it on the back counter instead of the mobile order area so I had to ask them to give it to me) and when I finally get to eat it what looks to me like hair is baked into the sub bread. DISGUSTING. They tell me a manager isn’t in until Monday to even get a remake or a refund. Terrible service and no sympathy whatsoever from the employees.

Service here was so incredibly slow and sloppy. 6 people were working and 5 of them mostly just wandered around or moved really slow. The one guy working was hustling as fast as he could. I love Jersey Mike’s but the service here was awful

I always like going here because my kids love it. I really want to keep gong here, but I just paid $75 for 3 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 chips. There comes a point where this just isn’t worth it anymore. Could have done a lot better for the price. When the hell did we go from $5-7 sandwiches to $25 sandwiches? Gotta rethink my options next time

I don’t understand the point of online ordering. App says food will be done at a certain time. Give or take 10 minutes. Fine. No worries. The issue is when like 6 of us have been waiting for over 40 minutes past the time that app says to be here and they just keep helping walk ins instead of taking care of the ppl that have been waiting 40 plus minutes. The process is broken and it sucks when you are trying to be proactive on saving time. Do better. People’s time costs money..

Poor experience. I visited 9/13/25 at about 5:15-5:20pm. I don’t know what the focus of the staff was, but fast service was not it. There was 1 other person in line in front of me (a total of 2 customers in the store including myself). There were 5 (at least 5) staff members present and they couldn’t produce my order in a reasonable amount of time. I haven’t walked out after placing an order without completing the transaction in years. This was the first time in a while. They had already sliced the meats and put it on bread… Too frustrated with repeated delays/inability of staff to actually get around to completing my order. So I left and went elsewhere. I’m disappointed as Jersey Mike’s makes a good sandwich, unfortunately that’s only part of the dining experience.

I placed a online order at 11:17am, just a italian sub nothing else. I got it at 11:52am. I went there thinking it was going to fast for lunch. There were 3 workers only 1 was actually working and it was at the slowest pace I had ever seen. Worst experience I will never go back there again. Firehouse would never.

No problem with the food, but someone needs to come in here and retrain the staff on how to properly use gloves when handling food.

Touching stickers, bags, your hair, the walls etc with gloves on, then touching people’s food is not ok. The point of the gloves isnt to protect your hands from the food, its to protect the food from your hands.

It defeats the purpose of wearing them if you’re just touching everything anyways.

I love Jersey Mike’s, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at any food place in a LONG time. I’m legitimately pissed off. I come wait in line, and I’m third. Takes me 30 mins to get my sub. The people in front of me had basic orders, not some crazy office order or anything. One kid is chatting with a coworker who’s off the clock the whole time. Super unprofessional, and it’s obviously distracting him. Their conversation includes cursing and inappropriate stuff that the kids in line should not be hearing. The oldest employee, who I assume is the manager is watching all this without saying anything. Another customer was pissed because he was waiting for his mobile order since before I arrived. He asks about his order, and it’s on the counter behind the manager – not in the mobile order section. He is pissed. They finally realized they didn’t start my order after the two people behind me have already left. The cherry on top is they didn’t even cut my sandwich, so I have to eat this thing and make a mess in the car. Won’t ever eat at this location, and maybe not even JM’s for awhile. Corporate should check camera footage of this store, as it needs some changes.

Love the food but this location is always slow, even when mobile ordering just wasted my whole lunch for them to tell me they haven’t even made the sandwich yet, currently still waiting as im writing this, the past 2 times they messed up my order as well. this location just has poor customer service.
