Ordered two sandwiches. We told them exactly what we wanted and didn’t want on them. Neither of us ordered lettuce but we got it. We didn’t want it “mikes way” but they did it anyway. It was a simple order of two sandwiches. Lost my appetite and couldn’t eat. They even asked for our name. The second sandwich was way to oily, they forgot the cherry relish, and added lettuce. I know it’s silly but it ruined our evening.

Update: gone several times and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. This is the second time I’ve ordered a chipotle chicken chew steak and have gotten home to see it’s a regular cheesesteak. I don’t eat red meat! They actually forgot my sandwich altogether this time in drive thru and had to go in and get it. But I get home at is a complete waste cuz I can’t eat it!

This place is a mess. Never organized even when no people around. I’ve been there like 5 times and every time they messed up with the order. Either it’s taking forever just because workers around cannot figure out what was the order and who ordered that, as a result they are messing up and giving you incorrect orders which was ordered before or after you. I think you guys need to train your people better and use some system which is working well in similar sandwich shops. You have lots of employees there but they don’t know what to do. Sandwiches are good, but you need to fix that mess and do one order at the time like Subway is doing.

They have been absolutely amazing! We’ve used them to cater a few company events and they went above and beyond. The food was delicious and the service was stellar. On a personal note, I and 2 of my kids are celiac – they have also been wonderful in their service regarding cross contamination and awareness!

I will never eat at Subway again! My whole family is converted to Jersey Mike’s. Our favorite cold subs are #8 and #5 and our favorite hot subs are #42 and #43. We love it so much we ate most of the giant before remembering to take a picture.
