Oh my gosh! The food is Amazing. They offer a little bit of everything at the restaurant. And the staff are friendly. This would be the place to go for a little bit of Asian Cuisine.

Silk Road was one of my wife’s favorite restaurants. We made a trip to vermillion for that reason specifically just to find out that they don’t know how to update their hours online and they are closed on Tuesday now. Bunch of incompetent jokers.

When I picked up the food, it had a “different smell. But still I wanted to try the crispy noodles. The stew was presented as if someone put a bunch of vegetables, pieces of chicken and water to boil (don’t know if that’s what it’s supposed to be). The noodles and rice were okay but that stew . I wish they could not overflow your container with watery soup, by making nice thick and tasty stew of vegetables with a cup of soap on the side.

Fantastic Korean place. If you’ve never had Korean, you must try. It’s kind of like Chinese but with more flavor. They have an assortment of both spicy and regular meals. They also cook to order, so you can get a non spicy meal made spicy if you want, or the same in reverse. They have spicy soups as well, in addition to the regulars. Each meal has an independent sauce as well. So for the places that use the same brown sauce on multiple meals…. you won’t find that here. This was also started by the original owners of Chae’s, so if you liked Chae’s, you’ll certainly like this place as well. If you’ve never had Korean, but you like any other kind of Asian food, including Mongolian Grill places like HuHot, then you really should try Silk Road.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The staff really had great suggestions and were attentive with our dirty used dishes and refilling drinks.

We recently ordered three meals (beef lo mien, stir fry with green beans and beef, sweet and sour chicken) and one order of fried spring rolls. Since the restaurant is pick-up only, I went to get my food. I only had a 100 dollar bill so I took it to pay for the food. The whole bill was over $60. The food was good but certainly not worth that much. I know restaurant prices have gone up, but this seemed excessive for a place where you have to pick up your food and take it to go.
