I’ve been here before and in the past the service wasn’t the best — I often felt like I was being met with an attitude and even charged extra for sweet and sour sauce when ordering multiple boxes of rice.

This time was a completely different experience. The rice was delicious, the service was great, and the lady who helped me was kind, polite, and even gave me extra sauce without hesitation. I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was excellent.

I’m really happy with how much better the service has gotten, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

They now take credit cards and cash! Which is really convenient and really helpful!

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was really nice too. Even the employee are really nice to their customers.
If you were to go and look for Chinese food, this would be a place that I will recommend properly the best around the area.

They did some renew, they changed the ceilings, cleaned the floor. Everything looks really clean and sanitized. There are some new people working out front, but in the back the chef is still there and the food still all taste good and all the same as always.

Lams garden used to be a great spot to get Chinese, but since the new people took over it hasn’t been the same. I wish they would change the name to something else because the wonton the new people make are absolutely shameful compared to the wonton the old people made, they don’t even have a full bite of meat in them it was all fried shell, the entree’s are still decent but still not as good as the old owners food. And I’m pretty sure they raised their prices too, Two and a half stars would be a very generous rating.

St. Paul sandwich and crab Rangoon were burnt. I’ve never have had those two items burnt from any Chinese restaurant. Rice was just ok but don’t make up for the other two burnt items. Also watch your receipt they charge an extra $1 to run it but charged of our orders $3 service fee.

Very good Chinese food! To start I got the wonton soup and added veggies it was really good and the crisps were good and fresh. I got the Mongolian chicken combo meal that I thought came with egg roll and choice of something else but they didn’t bring my egg role because I said wonton but they brought me one at no extra charge. I asked for my chicken. To be spicy and they did a good job of kicking it up a notch. The chicken was super tender and delicious. The fried rice was really good and the egg roll was also good. The fried wontons were different but good. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely visit again.

If you want some good fried rice just take that drive across the bridge to STL. There’s plenty of places to pick from that’s better. This place is ok if you absolutely don’t want to drive to stl. There’s no flavor to the rice and it has a weird after taste. I ordered two whole orders of rice and didn’t receive any complimentary sweet and sour sauce and was only able to buy $1 worth for TWO WHOLE BOXES OF RICE. But the quality of food compared to the price does not add up to me. I would not recommend.

The food was horrible. They are using too much salt and sugar in their food. There’s a salty after taste. OMG I was looking forward to the shrimp saint Paul. The only way to mess that up is the seasoning. Boiled rice and chicken was sweet and salty. Why????? I had to throw my food out. I’m very disappointed.
