This location is the best! They are all so welcoming, friendly and always remember you and greet you with good vibes. Specifically the manager and Jackson! He is the the heart of that place, always making everyone feel welcome, important and makes genuine conversation. He deserves recognition for sure, he keeps people coming back. I’m pretty disappointed, I usually prefer going to this location but not today. I ordered my sandwich online, a #64 with bacon (which costs an extra $2). The price is understandable, but when we went to pickup our food there was someone not in uniform behind the counter chatting with the person on the grill making my sandwich. I believe this led to them forgetting to add my bacon to my sandwich so I paid $2 for nothing 🙁
Edit: I don’t know even know why I tried again. Once again I got a #64 on rosemary and they COMPLETELY messed it up. 4 mushrooms on a mushroom sandwich? Really? I’m disgusted. I spent $12 on bread with THE WRONG PEPPERS and cheese. Got standard white bread instead of rosemary. Got 4 mushrooms (maybe 5?) on a mushroom based sandwich. Got red peppers and BANANA PEPPERS?? when it’s supposed to be only green peppers. There are so many things wrong with this sandwich I couldn’t even eat it.

Love Jersey Mike’s! The store was HOPPING tonight- it was so busy! But Jack and Devan handled it so well! They made sure to take the time with each customer to get their order done right! They were kind and courteous to everyone. Despite how busy it was these guys were AMAZING! Anywhere else and your order wouldn’t be correct and you’d get terrible service.

My issue with this place has nothing to do with the food, or even necessarily the technical aspects of the service, since one can generally expect a good sandwich and to be helped promptly when one decides to eat here. But when it comes to atmosphere, it’s difficult to find a place which has a more galling, distasteful, repulsive and grotesque ambience than this place, where to try and eat a sandwich in peace is like trying to remain calm on an alien planet with a hole in the space suit, and this is because of the bizarre behavior of the staff. It’s baffling, because even though it’s frequently different people working there, and most of them are behaving normally, there’s always at least one and sometimes two of the loudest most abrasive men doing their best to make dining (and,I can only assume, working) there the most intolerable experience possible, making every moment feel like a corporate training get-to-know you event, bellowing at their coworkers in pathetic semi-aggressive attempts at corporate speak, roaring about their private lives and interrogating customers about theirs, making everyone in the room uncomfortable with stupid jokes, heaven forbid a policeman or someone with a military uniform comes in, like seriously you may as well leave if you haven’t paid yet and spare yourself the slew of sycophantic and weirdly confrontational joviality, with no one being made more uncomfortable by it than the policeman or military personnel in question. It’s a disgusting atmosphere, a middle school talent show of an atmosphere. Ultimately I’m addressing this to the people who run it, as I feel they must be the ones who are cultivating this culture of anti-friendliness in the name of “customer service”, since over the years I’ve seen so many of these people come and go and behave exactly like the ones who came before them, carrying on this hideous ritual, and so to the people who run this place I say this: Some of us work outside, some of us are tired and hungry, and we come to you for reprieve and for bread crusted with cheese and rosemary, we bring money and offer it to you, and the only service we need is someone to say “okay” and make the sandwich we ordered, and we will go somewhere else for food if in return for victuals our souls are to be flayed and tormented. Perhaps you’d be able to hold on to the same employee for more than two months if they weren’t forced to demean themselves and behave like a cheap magician at a State Fair matinee show.

Food is amazing and quality, the employees seem to connect well with each other and other customers, try hard to make your order amazing, and they are very polite!! Used to love Subway, Jersey Mikes is the new favorite! Corbin Rees is such a friendly employee and so are his other coworkers!! They make the environment worth every single thing!!!
