Why am I always receiving cold food out of this store? Really Wendy’s in general whenever it’s a to-go or drive thru order… it’s like if you don’t sit down inside to see what your actually getting they just stick whatever they want inside your bag hoping you don’t catch it before you leave with it. With all the technology why are orders still made wrong? I don’t get it.

MAYO MAKES ME VERY VERY SICK!!! I paid/wasted my gas to drive there and now I’m home with some stuff I can’t even eat, who wants to drive back and waste more gas? Y’all should be forced to deliver back to me for free or compensate me for my wasted time, money and fuel. If more people stopped going to places that just can’t seem to get it right then they’d be forced to either get better or close down. Personally I’m done with Wendy’s, y’all have stolen enough money from me so I’ll choose elsewhere from now on. ✌

Although the drive through was slow, when I got to the window, got my food the cashiers were very nice and asked me if I needed anything else such as catch up mustard condiment stuff. Make sure that I had all I needed to and my drinks were good and not watered down. Although it was a slow it was worth waiting for and that’s all I have to say about that

Disappointing visit which is unusual . Don’t like to use drive thru’s so went in to order. A lady kept coming up front to do things but never asked to take an order or even acknowledge that I was there. Not even a “someone will help you shortly” or “hello, welcome to Wendy’s. I ordered a single cheese with everything, except no onions. Got a single, with gobs of mayonnaise, tons of onions, no lettuce, a paper thin quarter slice of tomato and no cheese. Ordered a lemonade and 2 small Frosty’s but they were out of Lemonaid. The Manager was very kind and up-sized our Frosty’s for not having lemonade. It was a to go order so didn’t find out about burger until already home.

The staff is very friendly and the food was hot. Their tomatoes are small. Truly they are so small i don’t know why they put them on and when you ask and pay for extra it’s not big enough to taste.

I ordered the saucy nuggets garlic parm with a medium peach lemonade.
I received plain nuggets with a ghost pepper ranch packet and a peach soda. I also ordered a small chili added cheese for .50 cent more and didn’t have cheese. this wendys location has a bunch of kids and noone is paying attention to the orders. it was an older lady who had experience but she wasn’t trying to help the clearly new girl.

Went to drive-through set at Speakerbox for five or six minutes before pulling up to the window that no one was at tried to go in door was locked seen employees napping on bench seats at the tables in dining room. Very poor service would not recommend this Location to anyone

Please for the love of god these places need to start managing their restaurants like Chicfila does. It’s like you try to have as few staff in the back as possible. They don’t exactly seem happy about working either. It’s unfortunately not just how this Wendy’s is run either, but many other fast food places. It used to be FAST food. When i went in their drink machines were out of everything and there was no straws or anything. The staff was yelling about trying to call people to come in to work (because there clearly wasn’t enough people). OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT, PLEASE. PLEASE. If you would work on making your food fast and fresh with enough people working you WILL attract a lot more customers

So….. I forget how bad this Wendy’s off 321 is and stop in and get reminded all over again. Either they don’t want to serve/take orders, don’t have certain menu items or they’re just poor at customer service.
Today’s experience: was in line. Car in front of me was waiting…. waiting and waiting. They finally pull off in frustration. I pull up. Roll my window down, get a nice pungent smell of weed/marijuana and finally the girls, sitting on the side of the building say “sorry, but we’re not taking orders.” Seriously!? This is a constant problem at this Wendy’s restaurant off 321. I am never eating there again. This time, I’ve made up my mind, I’ll make a conscience effort to make sure I do not patron that establishment in particular. I’m sorry, you’re wasting my time. You’re also breaking the law by smoking weed in a public setting. I guess Wendy’s corporate doesn’t moderate their online reviews, or care that they are losing business. Gen Z is so lazy and covid seems to have made people lazy when dealing with the workforce and fast food in general. Believe me, I won’t stop there again. I also called corporate and got the song and dance. I’m sure they’ll do nothing except raise prices and that’s cool… I need to start eating at home even when I’m pushed for time. Convenience VS saving money and hassle, I’ll take the latter. With attitude, poor service and people who don’t act professional…. I’ll take my money and yall can eventually go out of business. Thanks, but no thanks for your horrible service. (When I started to take a Pic, they decided they would go back in. Weed in hand. Poor workforce!)
