The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the service staff went above and beyond for making sure we received our order. My biggest complaint is that I paid $10 for a gluten free cheeseburger and all I received was a GF bun packaged separately with two hamburger patties with cheese. Absolutely no toppings. I understand that there can be cross contamination between the regular buns and the toppings, but not everyone has to be that cautious. It would have been nice to be informed that my burger would come with no toppings. Because this was an online order, I wasn’t able to get toppings.

In the past, I’ve ordered the exact same type of cheeseburger without a bun and all of the toppings are on the burger, just no bun. There should be an option online to have a GF burger made the same way (if cross contamination isn’t a problem).

If cross contamination is a problem no one should be paying $10 for this burger. With fries and a drink my order was $15. Absolutely nuts for what I received. People can’t control their dietary restrictions, and they shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for food that’s safe for them to eat.

More than 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for the simplest order (burger and fries) only for the first employee to bring the wrong order, who she handed to another employee inside who brought me the same incorrect order. Thinking they found mine I drove to the airport to find I had been given the order of a literal child (no veggies) and a meal that cost far less than what I paid. Never again trying Culver’s!

Of all the locations in our area, this one by far has the most Hit or Miss quality and it’s mostly a Miss. For example, you will never get the delicious crispy burnt edges on the patty at this location. The seasoning is off too. Maybe it’s one of those situations where they’re really not part of the franchise and like a pygmy/Madagascar situation or something.

Waited almost an hour for dine in order, with those ordering after me receiving their orders. When asking about order, had to make the request to check on order twice and was finally given a new order number and to wait again for order to be filled. When order arrived, burger was so cold that cheese would not even melt, and bun was so dry that it crunched and broke apart. Looked and tasted like it had been setting on countrr for 1 hour or more. Will definitlly not go here again and tell others to avoid going to Culvers.

Another Culver’s is closer to my house, but I chose this location because the orders were more accurate and came out quickly. I started ordering online to avoid waiting in line. The last couple of visits, I’ve had to wait nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, and despite accurately adding the description of my vehicle, staff have come to my car with someone else’s order, sometimes more than once. I have needed to call the restaurant or go inside to confirm they even have my order. I observed other curbside customers going inside to check on their orders, so it isn’t just me. I’m not willing to spend $50 at a fast food restaurant and STILL have to wait this long. As a final insult, my family’s fries were underdone to the point of being inedible, and they cost almost $10.

They need quicker help, took the person a while to put in our order which was only an ice cream and a shake. Pumpkin ice cream (with pecans) was really the same thing as the pumpkin spice shake, just cinnamon throughout instead of nuts. Good though. Get a spoon for the shake.

Great American burgers and fries. They also have onion rings and cheese curds. The chocolate malt was so thick and creamy. Recommend for a burger craving. Kids will enjoy it as well.

Went for a fundraiser, place was absolutely packed, but you would not have known that, service was excellent and food came out quickly.

Went out to lunch here with a friend and we both enjoyed our food and the service was great. It was neatly cleaned and the parking lot was plowed (is a plus when you live in the Midwest).
