Great food. Amazing staff. They dealt with a guy who was just yelling at them for no reason ( yes no reason I was here for the whole interaction) the staff was more than polite and put up with him way longer than I would have as a consumer. The food is good surprisingly. 10/10 will be back!

I have had multiple issues with this location I had just called about how they messed up my order asking for a refund and the lady was rude telling me I needed to drive all the way back to the location to bring back my sandwich for a refund that is outrageous why am I going to waste my gas on your mistake do better

When the Kuna location first opened, and up until the last 2 years, the service was outstanding! In the last 2 years, I’ve had problems with my food, for example, the bacon came chopped into the bowl rather than strips like every other time in the past. When I called about it the girl was defensive and did not want to help make it right. More recently I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich and it was different than the other times I had ordered it in the past, I couldn’t eat it. When I called, the girl did not want to make it right, she said she couldn’t do anything because I had used a $2 coupon, but it wasn’t the only sandwich I had ordered. She finally put my name in a book for a replacement sandwich but she told me it has to be the same exact sandwich. Honestly, I don’t want the same sandwich if it’s going to be inedible again. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service that I recently received and never used to.

I frequent this location a couple times a month. The customer service is exceptional as I am always welcomed when I walk in and from there it only gets better. Very friendly staff!
