I’ve been shopping in this location for a long time and until now everything was perfect. I know I can’t demand such an exaggerated amount of bacon, but the least I expect is to get what I pay for. It’s truly very disappointing.

something about this location and never following instructions right. my order clearly says no ice, so why is there ice in my drink? and why is my matcha chunky?
EDITED: yes i am aware the drink can be remade “at no cost” but its annoying when im already at the front of the drive through to ask for that. now im holding up the entire line while my drink is made in an even more rushed manner . how about avoid mistakes from the jump? the sticker with instructions is right on the cup to see WHILE making the drink.

Pre-ordered on mobile app. As of February 2023, the back entrance driving from the shopping center was easy to miss, so I drove into and parked at the McDonald’s next door. There are outdoor seating on the eastern side by the drive-through driveway. The bakery items were not on the pickup area, so I had to ask for them.

I went in on December 10th ordered at 6:22 pm. There were two ladies working. I ordered a medicine ball and a pastry which I said to warm up but the lady who was making the drinks had a really bad attitude from the moment I walked in. They didn’t warm my pastry and she took long for my drink. Need to hire other workers.

I always go to Starbucks because I love chai latte but today I decide to go to this location after work. The barista was unprofessional her name is Johanna she get my order at the speaker because I did online but at the window she don’t have my order ready and replied to me in bad way next time let me know your order by the speaker. When we already spoke to her about my order.I was so frustrated next time I don’t go this location she thing is her own store.
