For years I have been avoiding this location to go the one on the Westside, which is far better run. Today I was reminded why. I didn’t get my Rosemary bread and there were no tomatoes or lettuce on my hot sub which I only noticed once I got back home. Real tired of getting my order wrong there. I won’t be going back to this one. The one on the Westside is much better.

We ordered 4 sandwiches for our family and only 1 was correct it took 25 mins to receive our sandwich’s and both them hot subs where wrong how do you get the number 56 and it only had jalapeños and steak No mushrooms or onion And another one we ordered was a club and we had to ask again for the bacon There was no napkins and no towels in the bathroom Floors where sticky Can tell it has not been cleaned in a while I would absolutely no recommend jersey mikes around there to anyone

This review is for the Casper 2nd Street location only! This place was super busy. People waiting for over 8 minutes to get their order including drive thru and online orders. Music was so loud you couldn’t even hear staff talking to you. Bread was super hard. We asked for Rosemary Parm for one sandwich and didn’t even get it. There are only about 6 tables and they are so small, 2 people can’t hardly fit.
The elderly employee was doing the job of 3 people. Bless her heart.

Have never came in here before today and I won’t be going anywhere else again. Got the Italian sandwich and it was great. Perfect amount of everything. These gals here are a hoot they all have their hair done up differently its like you opened up a bag of sour gummy worms. Really friendly and gave me recommendations all the way through. Was going to Goodcents in St Louis before I moved here and this is a worthy substitute.
