Really good Jamaican food. The portions are solid, and every time I’ve come, the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is nice, and there’s never a long wait. I got the curry chicken, and it did not disappoint. I also love that they give you the option to add gravy to your rice — small detail, but it makes a difference. Definitely will keep coming back to try more of the menu!

This is the only thing I have say the food is good everything is good .Except for the Sorrel there is alcohol in it. I haven’t tasted alcohol since 2003 and in November 2025 I was drinking the Sorrel it tasted a little fermented and wanted to be sure so I called to asked if the wine is Alcohol or non alcohol sure enuff they said it was alcohol. I think it should be written in the ingredients how much content of alcohol was added . At this point I have been violated. And this day 11/15/2025 is my last day

This has been the most authentic Jamaican restaurant I’ve found in the Baltimore area. I am a repeat offender here almost weekly! 10/10 recommend.

Just had food from here and it was phenomenal. So tasty – it was the best Jamaican food I’ve had in a long time. I’m tired of rice in general but theirs was seasoned to perfection. I loved the grain used, too.

Delicious food with fresh ingredients & seasonings!!! Very flavorful & authentic. They have several vegetable options like what’s pictured, plus fresh salads. Anyone on a Pescatarian or Keto diet could eat here and have options!!! They also have King Fish & Red Snapper. We also had oxtails & it’s $20 for the dinner (unpictured) it’s a decent portion. We both liked the jerk wings more than the traditional jerk, though we’ve had both from here. Also, there are a couple more curried shrimp given than what’s shown here: we had started nibbling on the plate before I remembered to snap pics lol.

This is my 3rd time here and overall the food is average. Tonight I tried the king fish with rice and peas and Mac. The rice was somewhat hard. As I was moving all of the vegetables off the fish, I came across a metal wire mixed in with the food. I called the restaurant immediately and reported the issue. I received an apology for the mistake.
My favorite here is the coco bread and the customer service. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. I’m not sure at this point if I will return for more food. I might only stop by for the coco bread.

The jerk wings were not cooked completely. The sauce that was on the side should have been cooked on the wings. The oxtails were not cooked completely and the oxtail gravy was not gravy, but juice. More boiled than stewed. The spinach which looked good was bland, no true flavor.

The food is amazing. I often find myself coming here every week (it’s how I reward myself on Fridays!). Reid’s is authentic & tasty. It feels homemade & it is always fresh. I highly recommend the oxtails and brown stew chicken. Good customer service as well.
