Great friendly customer service! I had a custom drink made and they were wonderful about it. Im not from the area and normally there is no charge for double blending but that might be a state wide thing. They made it perfectly. Highly recommend.

I wish I knew the lady’s name that has made my drink a few times! All I know is she has dark hair and a pretty smile! She has made the best drinks and she’s very helpful. She’s great at her job and definitely knows what she’s doing. I just started going to Starbucks like that so I’m trying to figure out what I like. and every drink that Ive liked so far she’s helped me find it! Also Keeghan makes the best drinks also! Both of them are great.

We were the only people in the restaurant and it took the barista 15 minutes to make our drinks. Both drinks, different sweet cream cold brews, ended up way sweeter and milkier than normal. They would ask drive through people what did you get at the window and make them give their order a second time. When we asked them to remake our drinks, they said hold on I have to go make this other drink and walked away without asking us what we had.

Clinton Starbucks is one of my favorite in Knoxville. Best outdoor seating vibe with the lights and comfy chairs. Plenty of seating inside as well. The team is always in a fun mood, and they are always cheerful when we ask for lots of “pup cups” or ice waters for our kiddos. Great crew, and great service every time!

We had the best coffee ever as usual my daughter got one of those fancy grilled cheese it was $6 but she really enjoyed it my daughter had me go back through drive-thru 2 days later to get her another grilled cheese she loved it they also have a nice little outdoor eating or coffee area
