This location is horrible at preparing online orders. They often do not include the lettuce, cheese and tomato on an order. I’m not sure what’s going on with the employees but this was not the case about 3-5 months ago. Now every single order is always lacking something- I don’t mean just adding mayo…I mean key parts of a sandwich like lettuce and tomato. I don’t understand why this is happening- maybe the prep team isn’t reading the tickets thoroughly? But no lettuce and tomato on a basic sandwich? Come on.

We love Jersey Mike’s but this location constantly fails in customer service. They are worried about filling the online orders before attending to customers in the store. Highly recommend getting a separate slicing station for the online orders like other JM’s in the area, mainly my favorite one in Vintage Park where they have the system down 100%!

Always clean inside the store and all the crew members want to be helpful and they are very nice and polite and well manner. Sometimes you have a conversation with them if they aren’t busy and here some funny/good stories. Keep up the good work you guys/ladies do.

Let me tell you something on tuesday me and my kid came here after practice n the service and the respectful people here are awesome they took care of me and my kid . I’m giving a generous 2-star rating here because I like Jersey Mike’s in general, but this location is the worst franchise (and I’ve been purchasing Jersey Mike’s for nearly 10 years). I order delivery and pickup frequently and they rarely ever put any meat on your sandwich even though they charge extra for it. They never offer to compensate you when they fulfill your order incorrectly (they just tell you to come inside the store for them to offer you a discount in your next order which I never take advantage of). I attached a photo to show the single layer of Turkey they put in my giant sandwich today. I’m not sure why they cut corners so much but I’ve finally taken the time to leave a review because this happens so frequently. I order from this location directly from their app. The issues I’m describing do not happen when I order via Uber Eats from different location near Barker Cypress and 290. I’ve given this location plenty of chances thinking it would get better because they were new and opened about a 1+ years ago, but they keep repeating the same mistake. Shame on me for thinking it would get any better.

Service was not great at all. My Buffalo chicken sub in a tub/bowl did not have any lettuce. Not sure how they forgot a whole ingredient of a SALAD! Staff member was wearing air pods, unacceptable. Another person should have had a beard net on. Owner needs to address these issues or they will lose more customers.
