My experience here at this location is phenomenal. The gentleman who asks, what you would like to eat is extremely polite and mannerly. Not only does he talk about the food but he will make you actually feel welcomed inside of this highly PROFESSIONAL place of business. I would strongly recommend this location to anybody who needs a Jersey Mikes sub sandwich. I will 100% never complain about the quality of the food here. The way that I get treated is ALWAYS consistently the same since I have been a regular customer for over 5 years.

Ordered my sandwich “Mike’s Way” with mayo and pepper relish. I received a sandwich with only mayo and pepper relish. My disappointment when I opened the sandwich the sandwich to reveal a baron wasteland of meat and spread was immeasurable. This store is a blemish on the entire franchise.

this location is TERRIBLE. i called in an order for TEN people at 10:45 am, and said i would be by AT 12:45pm. i couldnt place the order online and had to call it in, their system was down online. The guy on the phone took our order over the phone. I got there at 12:42pm and they said “we are starting on it…” STARTING ON IT!!?? he and the staff, him and some guy and a girl made the most SLOPPIEST sandwiches/ bowls/ didnt even roll up the meal for the bowls, forgot multiple things because he couldnt even read his own writing so I GAVE HIM A LIST of everything and he still messed it up. the worst customer service we spent over $100! there was also like 10 people behind me waiting, and not one employee greeted them when coming in. dont ever do a to go order!! They will mess it up, big time. no tip.

I have never taken the time to write a bad review and I wish I would have gotten the name of the specific employee the issue was with. Regardless…I clearly and concisely placed my order with the employee and upon seeing a different sub being made I asked about it and the employee told that’s not what I said, slammed the meat slicer, and started to make another sandwich with half of the amount of meat the first one had and then snapped at me asking what I wanted on it. I went out of the way to apologize for the miscommunication to try and ease the tension and he snapped at me again. I asked for the managers number and both of the employees working then refused to provide me with that and requested to take mine. Which I provided. We’ll see if my number makes it to the manager. I don’t think I can recall such poor customer service. I know we all have bad days…but c’mon.

Great sandwiches and even better staff. Ordered on the app and got a mixed up sandwich. Joshua called me after I left the store and worked it out to correct the issue. Things like this happen but the 5 stars is about making it right in the end and the replacement sandwich was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well.
