I took my family and a guest to the S&B Burger two doors down. The S&B was nasty and honestly smelled bad. When I took our two-yr-old outside while we waited for service at the S&B, I noticed a Jersey Mike’s two doors down. I ordered through the app and had some issues. Good quality food and customer service however I set up my pick up time for 6:45 and I’m pretty sure my sandwich was made when I ordered it online at 6:00. The bread is completely saturated with oil making it inedible. I also asked for the relish on the side but it’s on my sandwich. What frustrates me is I paid full price for a sandwich that is an hour old, made incorrectly and I paid two dollars on an undeserved tip. This location is great when you dine in, but if you ever order online make sure and check your food. I’m about to eat a room temperature sandwich… wish me luck!
