I went today (2/24) placed a take out at 6:24 and the workers there were so amazing! I did not get their names, but they all truly were amazing and deserve a raise and went above and beyond for my order even when they didn’t have to! The customer service and hospitality was outstanding!

Tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time and we returned 4 times in the first week of trying it! The subs are fresh and are sooo good. Super friendly and clean environment, highly recommend it over any other sandwich shop.

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The team was friendly and efficient, and I especially want to give a shout-out to one employee who was constantly working hard. I believe his name was Matt (he had a mustache). If he wasn’t on the grill, he was cleaning, sweeping, or wiping down tables. Super friendly with all the guests too. He really stood out!

I love Jersey Mikes but today my experience left me rethinking that love. Made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:06. Got there at 8:00 and patiently waited. As I waited I watched 10 people walk in and give their order and get it made before mine. While waiting, I noticed how dirty the floor was. Bread and lettuce was all over the place (see picture attached). Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, they started to make my sandwich. As I inspected to make sure it was mine I saw that they were laying the paper receipt on the actual meat as they were making it. I swear I’ve been to a couple of Jersey Mikes and they’ve always been great but this one is terrible. Employees either need to be re-trained (if they were trained at all) or fired because this is not a good representation for Jersey Mikes.
