This is the only Subway that I’ve been to that cut off the original price to upcharge on a sale item. The protein pockets are on the TV for $3.99 every other Subway I’ve been to they’re 3..99 and they do not charge if you ask for onions. They wanted to charge for onions at this location. I think it’s ridiculous that they’re allowed to do that.

Me and 4 of my buddies ate here after the farm show and we all have bad diarrhea. It ruined our weekend. Eat here if you want to have the worst diarrhea of your life. We had to stop every 30 miles on the way home to go to the bathroom. It has made us all relentlessly sick.

The food was mostly acceptable. The lettuce was very brown and was definitely not fresh. The drink machine wasn’t very clean. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a while. It isn’t in a very safe-feeling area. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I even questioned whether or not to go in and leave my car unattended.

Don’t even deserve a one star, placed a mobile order went to pick it up and manager said they don’t take mobile orders?? I don’t know why it would let me place it then but when I asked for a refund they couldn’t give it or make my sandwich after he seen it on my phone paid for and was for their address. He then told me I should have just ordered it in store, but I wanted it online so I could use the 40% off coupon. This is the first bad review I’ve ever had here and I could still use help to get my order refunded unless there’s a way to do it on the app that I’m not seeing. Subway be careful who you let represent you the staff at this store is rude and unhelpful.

The food itself is fine. The employees, including the manager/owner, on the other hand… They’re not especially helpful with, nor do they care about, app/web related issues at checkout (**see below) and have told me things that aren’t true (can’t do sauces on the side or that they’re extra $$). They’ve never once read the Special Instructions/order notes on my orders (and yes, they did go through; showed on the receipts), which leads to them remaking sandwiches. Not that any of that’s an issue at the moment, because for a while now, you haven’t even been able to order online, no matter what time of day.
**Redeeming points (“yes, I *do* want those $2 off! Pleaseandthankyou.”) Offers/deals not coming through although they were selected and show as applied online for whatever reason (technology, need I say more?).

The owner of this Subway location lacks transparency when it comes to accepting coupons. While the app allows you to use them, the owner often decides whether or not to accept them once you’re at the store. In my experience, after using multiple BOGO and $12.99 FL coupons here before, today was different. He canceled my order without any notification other than the App.
I understand that he is focused on making money, which is fair, but it would be better if he followed the lead of other privately owned stores by toggling off certain coupons in the system.
Ultimately, he wasted my time and gas, as I drove to the store only to have my order canceled. To avoid similar frustration, I recommend going to another Subway nearby, where the experience will be much smoother. Show him that money isn’t everything when running a business.

They advertise the 5 dollar footlong doritos and when you order it they say we dont have it they are very rude all the employees are always on their phones with airpods they never listen to how you want your sandwich
