This place is kinda busy subs are fairly good and the staff was friendly but I felt on the smaller size compared to other places. They cut their meat there not like other places so the ingredients are fresh. My first visit did not go well everything was soggy and fell apart as driving time for me was ~ 45 minutes one way so everything was pretty much bla-soggy. FYI, The Jersey’s Mike way on bacon is somewhat on the undercooked side I was told that’s the Jersey’s Mike way. Overall, I was not impressed on my first visit and let them know it. Management reached out to me and comped me for some free subs which was nice. Everyone has their own way of doing business so best to ask if you want something a certain way. The people are friendly and willing to oblige if they can which is a plus as some places act like they don’t care? But for some reason they have issues toasting the buns (only if they are not busy) so best to ask to ensure you get what you want? The second trip was way better found a shortcut as well but I wish the subs were somewhat bigger as mine measured ~ 7″ for a regular sub and weak on the filling as most places are ~ 10″ or so. I felt somewhat short changed as they don’t really mention the exact sizes of their subs when I ordered in inches except mini, regular, and giant. So buyer beware as the subs are pretty good but the portion is on the smaller size. Food overall was great just not as much as you would receive at other sub places. I would suggest to give them a try but if you are hungry, best to get the giant sub which cost ~ $ 15 to 17 depending on which one’s you select and anything extra like X- meat toppings figure add ~ $2 each. This is one of those places you just have to try it and make you own conclusions? One thing to note they do a lot of fundraising for charities which is big plus giving back to the communities.

I stopped by on the second day this store was open around 3:00. Everyone was very friendly and making their jobs fun. The guy taking orders came and explained how the menu worked to make sure we had a great experience! I would highly recommend.

My wife and I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time tonight. Food quality was excellent. Staff was busy trying to make things work. Staff was great. The Manager very annoying . A Young man was trying to take our order and the lady manager was nagging the young lad to death for not doing something the exact way she wanted. So we waited for several minutes for her to get done so that he could take our order. Basically he had done nothing wrong and she needed to be seen flexing her mom skills. Lol. After that she moved on to cleaning a slicer while not looking at what she was doing because she was picking on the hot grill staff. Glad she didn’t loose a finger. While we waited a man came in looking for his online order he had placed and the Manger lady told him that she had shut down online orders that morning leaving only door dash because she knew it was going to be busy and his order probably ended up being received in Tennessee or something. I would hate to know as a franchise owner that my manager was cutting off revenue for my business that was just starting. Overall the staff there would be able to function more proficiently without Supermom.
