Brand new location. The best thing about this chain is that the ingredients — bread, meats, veggies — are all of good quality. They add the toppings you request, and ordinarily the stores are pretty fast (that said, a new store has new staff, so you may have to temper your expectations a bit). The staff were all pleasant and it was very clean. My only note about the food is that to keep prices low, the sandwiches are not generously heaped with meat. People prefer to save a buck.

Every time I go in they’ve been nothing but nice! Neat sandwiches, and great service, I feel comfortable walking in there on my lunch breaks. It’s also really kind of the store to allow a small discount for those who work within Dorsett Square 🙂

We used to go to the Jersey Mike’s Subs at Northwest Plaza. However, after this one in Maryland Heights opened up we decided to try it. It’s in a shopping plaza on Dorsett, just past McKelvey. Both times that we went they weren’t as crowded as the other one. We’ll see how long that lasts. My wife got a tuna sub and I got a bacon chicken ranch. Service was fast, and the sandwiches were delicious. We used a buy one get one free coupon we got in the mail. We’ll come back.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite chain to get a good sub. However, I wouldn’t recommend going to the one in Dorsett in Maryland Heights that had just recently opened. I had ordered my sandwich online and it took 10 minutes longer than the estimated time. I had ordered the California Chicken sub and they forgot to put lettuce on it. Also from my observation, service was extremely slow for the other customers. There was a customer who started ordering his sub right before I left. I ate my sandwich right outside of Ethio Coffee and by the time I went back to my car after I had finished eating, the same gentleman just left the building. If you want a good sandwich with excellent service from Jersey Mikes, go to either the one Des Peres or Olive Blvd. There service & quality is 10X better.

Three people behind the counter looking at their phones arguing about the schedule. Completely oblivious to the two people waiting to order. I won’t be back. I was hopeful this location would work better than St. Ann that I gave up on not long after they opened due to it always seeming to be in a state of chaos.

Giving 5 stars to knock out the other reviews for one star. There may be issues with getting open. I don’t usually leave a review for an establishment that has not opened and neither should you. Probably a bunch of I need it now kids leaving the reviews and slam the store. Reviews hurt stores and I want them to feel welcome in Maryland Heights. You should be ashamed for leaving a one star review.
