I have tried this location for the last time the other day. What a horrible experience! Every time I have been at this location the staff are very rude and act like you’re bothering them to have to make you a sandwich. I only go to this location because of the bogo offers that are occasionally in the Ad Papers. Otherwise, I’m not spending $12 for what seems like a 6 inch sandwich. It’s barely worth the $6 each for two sandwiches with the coupon. They amount of meat they put on their sandwiches is always less than I’ve had at other locations (see attached pictures). The extremely small amount of lettuce they put on the sandwich is always brown and wilted, like it has been out for hours. It doesn’t surprise me they have so many one star reviews. Even with the bogo offers I will not be returning to this location. I’ll be going to Jimmy John’s across the street where you don’t even have to get out of your car since they have the drive thru.

By far the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. The staff was courteous which was very refreshing compared to some establishments. The bread tasted freshly baked and the ingredients were all fresh as well. The toppings were falling out of the bread in excess instead of leaving you wondering where the toppings were like other sandwich stores. Definitely recommend stopping in for the philly.

Brand new location. The best thing about this chain is that the ingredients — bread, meats, veggies — are all of good quality. They add the toppings you request, and ordinarily the stores are pretty fast (that said, a new store has new staff, so you may have to temper your expectations a bit). The staff were all pleasant and it was very clean. My only note about the food is that to keep prices low, the sandwiches are not generously heaped with meat. People prefer to save a buck.

Terrible experience, rude staff who I felt mocked me and were extremely unrealistic.
I bought several sandwiches and bags of chips. One bag of chips was stale. After eating 1 chip with the expiration date of September 9, 2025, I asked the staff if I could replace the bag with a new bag of the same chips. They refused to replace the bag. The bag was deflated like it had a hole. The staff is completely unable to make simply decisions and provide customer service and sound judgement to just take the stale bag of chips back and replace with a new one.

I’ve tried this location a few times and haven’t had great food. I usually buy a kids meal at other locations where they happily toast the sandwich because he’s a 1 year old. The staff here said they would not toast it because they couldn’t contaminate the grill with meat?
The staff then proceeded to argue with me that children can eat cold cuts. The best case is to not introduce until after 1 but what does my pediatrician know.

Well, the girl behind the counter mocked me for being white by using a honky tonk voice. When I asked why she was doing that, she did it again by mocking my question. Who the heck does that? Especially to a customer?
This is the first time in my life I experienced racism where I was at a place of business and giving them my hard-earned money. Before you get food here, just know they don’t like white people. In fact, they HATE white people. These are just the facts.
This was all after I walked into a filthy store and was ignored because they were complaining about people from their personal lives and I would have interrupted them.
For the record, the owner did contact me to apologize and offered me a free sandwich. I appreciate it but I don’t live in the area and wouldn’t go back if I did. This place puts a bad reputation on the Jersey Mike’s brand.
If I had been informed that that employee had been terminated because that kind of behavior isn’t tolerated, I would have went back when in town, and I wouldn’t have left this review.
Imagine this was the other way around. The place would be shut down.

Very impressed with this place! Ordered gluten free sandwich and they were so careful with the preparation and I felt so safe! They wiped everything down, changed gloves and placed the bread on its own paper! Great teamwork also! Well done!

This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience I have ever had. Unless you watch them make your sandwich, do not order from here. I ordered a plain sandwich and when it was delivered, there was mustard (which I am allergic too) all over the sandwich. When I called to complain, the girl that answered the phone was so GD rude, she didn’t even offer an apology, she told me that my order had mustard on it when I gave her the name, even though the receipt attached to the bag as well as the order I placed (which I was looking) stated PLAIN on it. $12 for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat, I definitely will not be coming back and will be telling everyone at our corporate office not to order from here.
