Let me start by saying Jersey Mikes has always been my favorite sub shop. I placed a pick up order for the next day. I set it to pick up at 10:30am, so I had my sandwich for my lunch that day. When I walked in, I was greeted and my sandwich was ready and waiting on the rack. Fast Forward to about 4:30 that evening, I go to eat my sandwich and it was awful. The bread was so dry and hard, tasted like it was made days ago. I wanted just a Turkey on white with Tomatoes, Onion, pickles and Mayo. Nothing fancy. I had one piece of Turkey, One Tomato and One Onion. Maybe a dab of Mayo. I’m not exaggerating, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Not sure what happened, but hope something is done about this, so no one else has to get a bad sandwich. Extremely disappointed

I made an order it was a reward I earned from being a loyal customer. So it didn’t cost anything. I went into the store was greeted they had plenty of opportunity to tell me that my sandwich was not made right cause they ran out of the only bread I will eat so. When they didn’t tell me to the trip back to the store in total having to go back to the house 45minutes it was a mobile order everything is written for them they have my phone number so they could call me to tell me they ran out of the bread. But instead the staff decided to waste my time. The manager gal told me they ran out and they don’t have it anymore. Then as I waited for the manager to throw away the sandwich. As I was waiting another staff member was offering the rosemary bread but they’d have to wait. So it IS about getting a sandwich for free and this manager gal was trying to prevent me from having the sandwich I wanted. If she knew anything about customer service I would have waited the 15minutes they were telling other guests but I guess other guess are more importance to loyal guests that earned something for free. So now instead of making it right this manager just caused me to never go to here again. I don’t need to be lead on to some point system only to be cheated by some so called manager that couldn’t have made me aware that the sandwich was not what I ordered on the phone or when I went in the building and was greeted by the staff. Over all bad experience and if this didn’t happen already this morning at a different shop, I have to relive this B.S. and waste 45 minutes of my time cause people can’t read or make a call or comunicate to me about what had changed.

The guys & gals in there are awesome! Been going here for little over a year. I’m pretty much friends with the employees now. Sandwiches are ALWAYS great! Other Jersey mikes locations do not compare! Highly recommend this location! Always clean, they are always in a great mood, & most importantly the subs very disappoint.

Ordered my food, went to get water and the soda machine has mold all over it. The fridge door had mold all over it. Disgusting. I would never eat here. Serious health hazard! I got my money back. Told employees I would show them the mold on soda machine and they refused. Denied the mold.. shameful!

Went here to redeem my free regular sub sandwich this evening . There’s a young black kid behind the counter who told me that there’s no white bread at the moment. All they have is wheat and rosemary and I said to him “Wheat” and he gets an attitude for some reason. Right from the start and he asked me “Number 7 right?” I said it 2 times before and even showed him the coupon. I said” Yes-that’s what I said and he shakes his head and lets out a sigh. The teens crew were snickering and making rude facial gestures to each other. I don’t appreciate the rude customer service from this franchise and furthermore they can stick it with the tipping gratuity until they get their attitude adjusted. Oh yeah, that’s right I don’t believe in the whole tipping culture anyways.

Came in with my wife for dinner. Mason helped me make a better choice for my sandwich, and explain why he felt the way he did. I agreed and chose the sandwich, and the food was made to perfection. His attitude was very positive, and I like to see more of that and other establishments. I watched them interact with another couple as we sat and ate at the table and his demeanor remain the same. This guy deserves a promotion or recognition, at least for future endeavors. Just in case I don’t get his name right it was the big guy with the long hair and curls

HORRIBLE SERVICE, me and my family dined in yesterday at about 3:30. The experience was terrible from them making it r food to when we set down and eat. They were taking other orders over me yet I had paid for my food already. I feel as if it was racism going on and I’m not the one to pull that card so you know it was bad. While fixing my food the guy put vinegar instead of oil which the oil is all I asked for he got mad and didn’t want to make it over he told me it doesn’t matter. The worker came picking up the rugs once the others left out and start dusting them while we were sitting down eating right in infront of us very rude and nasty. I politely said something she didn’t care she kept doing it. I asked the store manager for the complaint number and he said that it isn’t one feel free to write a review. I asked was they closing she said she was pre-closing which the store didn’t close until 10pm on the door mind you we was in there around 3:30 pm. Not understanding how you’re able to pre close. It’s not far to my family and I that we were tried this way.
