The atmosphere and service at the bar and hosting area are great in this food hall, but that was about it. I ordered a burger from here and was very underwhelmed…The burger was large, which was nice, but it wasn’t seasoned, at all. The meat they used was quality, but it was entirely too bland for me. I most likely won’t recommend this spot in particular, but I have yet to try the other offerings in the food hall.

Went here for the first time last night with my family and sister’s family. I recognize they’re new, but the service was not good or welcoming. One of our burgers we ordered had a piece of sharp plastic in it, we showed the staff and they just said “okay” and said they’d make another one. The other burger we received was incorrect from the one we ordered off the menu- we had to show our receipt and then open the burger to show them. We received the same response- “okay” and they made us another burger. My 8 year old niece asked the worker if the wings were spicy, she said no and they were in fact, spicy.
Also- DO NOT order the kid’s burger that is $9. It’s a slider, not a burger. Our kids ate it in 3 bites. Had we known, we would have ordered a regular burger for an extra $3.
I know they have tables and chairs, but not the space is not welcoming. They do not have any tap water to drink or offer their customers. The people who worked there did not apologize or show any sign that they were figuring it out, etc. Was hoping to like it, but we might just stick with The Habit which is around the corner and very reliable.

Great seeing familiar faces since Baltimore, Maryland location. Quality of the food has improved overtime in the span of 2 years and few months. You can tell the way the food taste and smell, they absolutely care about their quality and constantly wanting to know more feedback to continue grow their business, food, potential collabs, and many more. I can tell everyone 100% they will make you feel welcome every time you visit them and order their burgers. It’s worth the drive from Baltimore to College Park. Not to mention a great spot for local college students!

Placed a take out order and the food was great! My friends and I shared and we all particularly enjoyed the buffalo chicken fries. Cashier was nice when I went in to pick up and provided me with extra utensils and a lot of ketchup. Definitely coming back.

The food was great, but the workers suck and that’s being nice. They also close before hours and leave the store unattended with the doors unlocked during hours. I have been there 6 times and only got food twice which is crazy. If the food wasn’t as good as it is, I would’ve been gave up on them.

Honestly the WORST customer service. Waited about 40 mins for a burger and fries. No updated regarding time, no cares in the world for the customers time. Literally just thee WORST. Then after the long wait, it wasn’t anything like “hey, so sorry for the wait” nothing. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and you walk in and the chairs are everywhere like they don’t know how to clean. Very unkept. Please don’t eat here and take your service elsewhere. You don’t deserve this type of behavior from a place you’re spending your hard earned money on.
