Service never very good often employees try to make an order for something you don’t want. My Mom ordered take out for a spitball sub specifically asked for a sandwich with no Mayo. Sandwich from takeout came soggy and covered in Mayo. Better off going to a different jersey mikes.

They cannot get your order correct even when your standing in-front of them, let alone using their app. This place must be trading employees back and forth with Chipotle next door. I understand the lunch rush can be busy and mistakes are made, but it’s continually. The employees don’t care, no one answers the phone. It’s a real shame…

This location is pretty bad. The first time i went in there i had to remind them of my order 6 times and they still almost got it wrong. Then to top it off the cashier took my cash w her gloves on and went back to making the sandwiches without switching them. Funny thing, when i did call the girl out on it the manager (or i think) actually questioned me. This place has more than a “few kinks” to work out

Love JM, was excited for it to open. Vernon Hills and Mchenry are better location options-sandwiches here are always a bit lighter. They even skimp on lettuce. Ladies are rude, orders are always wrong. I have tried ordering in person and online, but they cannot seem to get it together.

This place REALLY needs to work out the kinks. I know they opened recently but it’s pretty brutal here. 2 of the 3 employees working the line were extremely slow in 2 ways. The way they work and their brains. I had to tell the guy like 3 times what to put on my sandwich. While he was making it he put a banana pepper to the side that had a big hair on it. Then proceeded to put it on my sandwich right in front of me and I called him out. Then they all come around searching my sandwich for the hair. They finally find it and instead of just starting over they ask me if it’s ok that they took the hair off… then when they remake it I have to tell him again what I want on the sandwich and he still forgot to put the oils on which I didn’t notice because I was paying. I noticed when I decided to eat and it was too late…
