I wasn’t sure whether to rate Ling Ling three or four stars. I will definitely be back, so decided on four…but I’m not sure I’d recommend it to anyone unless you’re looking for a few specific things.
It’s been tough to find a good American Chinese restaurant within delivery range. This one is still far from us, but they’re on the apps, so it works. We’ve ordered nine times, so they must be doing something right!
We really enjoy their crab rangoons. They’re crispy crunchy, but tender…so you’re not going to break a tooth. They’re also very reasonably priced, you get ten in an order for $8.50. Our favorite in Buffalo so far! Their shrimp egg rolls have nice chunks of shrimp and the dumplings are very flavorful. My husband really likes their sesame beef, but it’s oddly expensive. The lo mein is pretty oily and not the best, but I order it anyways because I need noodles.
I’ve ordered several other entrees that were just okay…not horrible, but not good enough to order again. So Ling Ling works for us right now, but I do hope to find a better option.

I thought the food was very tasty! I had never tried Ling Ling before and compared to my regular Chinese takeout joint, Ling Ling’s menu had better options (scallion pancakes and special lo mein) and the crab rangoon were fresh and so crispy!

Batter raw, egg roll partially cooked. Wonton soup is basically brown water. Zero flavor. Give it up Ling Ling! You are no longer putting out quality food

They have the absolute best food around. And they are fair on their prices I mean they had to go up a little but that’s life nowadays. But they have the best egg rolls the best ribs the best fried rice and so on and so forth. I give them two thumbs and five stars all the way!! Delicious!

Order was misleading. It came with eggs and the shrimp was not fried and the dish was covered in sauce. When I called the restaurant they were completely rude and unapologetic and blamed me for ordering wrong. It was only when I said I would never order again and put a low star review is when they were willing to refund me and make the order correctly. Never ordering from them again!

Go somewhere else. Their pick up times are god awful. You’ll be waiting 45+ minutes for your order. Definitely do NOT order on doordash. They do NOT prioritize these orders.

I should of came to Google to see rating. I was ordering on GrubHub and it has a 4.8 rating so I figured it’ll be Great. Didn’t mind the price until small quantity of food arrived. Jumbo ckn wings are not jumbo. I ordered everything separate assuming I would have a good amount of food. Taste wise, it taste fresh. No heavy oils but lacking some flavor for me. Overall it was just okay to me. From out of town so I’ll keep looking for the one that does it RIGHT.

It can be hard to find a Chinese restaurant open past 8pm on a Sunday, but they were open!
They had our food ready in under a half hour and it was absolutely delicious <3
The wonton soup had the best broth I’ve ever had in a wonton soup and the beef and broccoli was phenomenal.
I see they have some negative reviews, but I think that 2025 has been hard and stressful for everyone. I plan on ordering from them again, even though there are other, closer, Chinese restaurants.

My favorite Chinese restaurant closed down so I tried out this place today. I’ve been trying to find a place that has General Tso’s tofu as I’m vegetarian and I haven’t had luck. Today I decided to call them and they told me that they have it even though it isn’t on their menu. I sure am glad I asked because it was the best General tsos tofu I’ve ever had in my life. Their General tsos sauce is the best I’ve had for sure and everything was cooked perfectly. My dad got the shrimp egg foo yung and he said it was fantastic too.. Will be coming back!
