Wow! That’s how we felt with the customer service we experienced at this location. At first, we were reluctant with the long line at 530 pm on a Friday, but we quickly got up to order our sandwich. They are fast and friendly – every single one of the sandwich preparers. It was a pleasant positive experience and our sandwich was all we expected. Jersey Mikes is far above all the rest for quality food and service.

There are 2 people working, both are working efficiently and everyone who walks in is greeted by them. Right when I walked in he asked if I had a door dash, and I said yea. He told me he was finishing it up so I knew I was a priority. With 2 people working they still got my order done by the pick up time.

Called in order 30mn before pick up. Sat there 10 mn as 10 suds were made and out the door before my last sub was made. I had 3 suds 1 was a hot sub that was done. It would have been faster to just get in line and order.

Broke everything down early, employees were not ready to make food 30 minutes from close. I recommend keeping everything ready to go until you lock your doors, I promise it goes quicker to stay ready then it is to break down early and struggle your way through orders.

My family went into the Rogers Jersey Mike’s around 2:00 pm today for a late lunch. As soon as I walked in the first thing that caught my eye was how filthy the floor was. My first thought was it must have been dirty from the earlier lunch crowd, but as I looked around, I could not understand how the floor could be that filthy from a few hours of being open, so I then questioned when they last cleaned their floors. After we got our food, we turned to find a table (all tables were empty), but quickly noticed all tables were dirty (visibly dirty) and needed to be wiped down. We should have left as soon as we walked in, we certainly should have left at this point, yet we stayed. Once I got someone’s attention, I asked if someone could wipe down a table for us. Eventually a young man came out to wipe the tables, but he didn’t appear to be trained in the process as the, I assume, store manager was directing him from behind the counter. We appreciated the young man wiping the tables down, however, the table we sat at, because it fit our family, still had sticky spots and pieces of food all over it. I then went to get napkins and the holder was completely empty, which is completely understandable. What I didn’t care for was how the, again I assume, store manager, rudely responded to the female employee when she asked about napkins. I then had to take one of my children to the restroom and found the women’s restroom to also be filthy. Lastly, the large high top table we were sitting at appears to be a hazard as it swayed like it was barely put together and could collapse at any moment. I totally get the world we live in these days with staffing shortages and, trust me, I’ve been in all kinds of restaurants where it was very clear they were short staffed. Staffing did not appear to be an issue today as I watched one employee clean iPad cases, over the to-go food prep area, with a tool box sitting on the cutting board, for a significant period of time. If I owned or managed this restaurant, my priority would be the cleanliness of the restaurant, not a few iPad cases.

Walked up to the counter and guy taking orders took next person. Then they made a sandwich with peppers that wasn’t supposed to have them. Girl that made it said ” but I already made it with peppers “. I’ve been there many times but that was my last.

Hello – I placed a Catering Order for box lunches on Monday to pick up on Tuesday 1/24. From the first call – speaking to Maddie who was very helpful to the call back from GM Jason who took my order and provided such awesome customer service, to picking the order up yesterday – Jason and his team were short staffed but still had very positive helpful service attitudes & finished putting my order together in perfect time. I also had great feedback from our associates attending the training meeting – It was a big HIT. We will definitely be using Jason and his Jersey Mike’s Team Again. Thanks to you all.
