I ordered online with a specific time scheduled- food was done on time and ready for pickup. Their tuna is delicious and my sandwich was made as ordered, including the extra tuna! The restaurant is clean and bright with friendly staff.

Wow! That’s how we felt with the customer service we experienced at this location. At first, we were reluctant with the long line at 530 pm on a Friday, but we quickly got up to order our sandwich. They are fast and friendly – every single one of the sandwich preparers. It was a pleasant positive experience and our sandwich was all we expected. Jersey Mikes is far above all the rest for quality food and service.

went in around noon today for a classic jersey mikes turkey sub, obv got mikes way but it was just straight up a pool of vinegar and soggy mushy bread, it was no good. not used to it only tasting like sour vinegar. so PSA maybe chill out with all that vinegar. appreciate it

The food is super fresh, and the employees are very friendly! I got 2 sandwiches and ate the 2nd one for lunch the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not soggy at all from oil/mayo… it was just as good the day after!

My review of todays experience:
I placed an order online this afternoon for easy pickup on my way home.
The food was ready on time, and I made the mistake of not checking my bag before leaving the store.
When I got home I discovered they had shorted us (2) packs of cookies. I had ordered (3) 3 packs of cookies, so there should have been 9 cookies total. But I only received 3 cookies total. I was shorted $4.98 in product.
I know this location is always busy, and I understand we are human and mistakes happen, and I can even understand how this error happened. It’s just really frustrating to be short cookies and $5, and already be home when you discover it, and have no way to correct it ☹️
They usually get things right, their food is delicious, and I’ve had great interactions with employees there every time I’ve ordered in store, so I feel 4 stars is still well deserved.
