I really hate leaving this review for the neenah location!! I normally have no issues with any of their stores!! But this time I had a total salad on my sub, and so much oil it -.that it tasted spoil!! The hot sub actually was so hot and greezy that it fell out of the bag without me Even realizing it, and I left it behind in the parking lot!!

The food tasted good, and ordering online was really simple. Picking up the order was quick and easy. My review mainly comes from the disappointment that is ordering a sub as a bowl.

Maybe other locations are better, but it took 15 minutes after I ordered to get my food, and aside from the meat and cheese specified on the menu, they didn’t ask about putting anything else on it so it was pretty bland. It’s not bad as a last resort, but I’d check if other places are close first.

When they first opened up it was a good experience. Downhill after that. Waited in the drive up and had to turn the vehicle off to save gas. 45 minuets later, I was given the wrong order. Tried on line ordering thinking that would be quicker. Fooler alert…doesn’t make a difference. if you want their sub, be prepared to wait a long time.

The best!! Being a transplant from New Jersey to Minnesota brings some home comfort foods. Love the #13. Cheese steaks are awesome even though they don’t use sliced cheese in Philly.

On my 2nd visit, I tried The Big Kahana Philly Cheesesteak, and it scratched my itch for a belly busting sammy! Super tasty, and the jalapeños drove home the flavor train. Great crew onboard, making our visit a guaranteed repeat offense!

We go here often. They offer gluten free bread; which is a huge selling point for me. I have Celiac Disease and not many sub shops have options for me. They ask me when I order if it’s an allergy or preference…if it’s an allergy they take special precautions so my food isnt cross contaminated. They do a great job. I’ve only had 1 bad sandwich from them. My bread was falling apart and there wasn’t hardly any meat in it, but ill give them another shot because there subs are really delicious!

Like the 1 in the Appleton area but this 1 had stale bread and peppers were hard. Not as much cheese as the Appleton location. As someone who uses to work in the restaurant business, give the stale bread to the ones who have their subs toasted.
