I love that a Jersey Mike’s was put in this location. I visited the area the week earlier and did not realize the location was here, so I decided to try it as I had been to other locations and do enjoy the sandwiches. This Jersey Mike’s being new was great and service was great. I will most likely come back to this location as the service and cleanliness was the best. I also hope it keeps up. Food and service was the best part! Thank you for all the employees here.

The food is so yummy so I keep coming back, but it takes foreverrrrrrr!
If you get a hot sandwich, it’ll be ready in 10-15 minutes.. cold sandwich 5-10 minutes. Maybe they need to hire more people so they’re fully staffed because only having 4 people on the floor is NOT the move. I see a lot of people order online who probably think it’ll be ready sooner but that’s not the case. Dine-in takes priority. There’s usually a group of people waiting by the door for their online order, and there’s a line of people in the restaurant waiting to order. Don’t come here if you’re hungry or you’ll be hangry real quick.
Also, the employees did not greet or say goodbye to any customers walking in/out. Maybe it’s not standard practice but it certainly brings down the atmosphere and customer experience.

My new favorite sandwich shop. My favorite thing is they use actual bacon, not the microwave kind, REAL bacon. Delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The service is nice and efficient. The store is clean. Will continue to get my sandwich needs here. Yummm.

I happened to visit this location on opening day while I was visiting in Indianola, IA.
For opening day at lunch time they were very busy but I was greeted when I walked in and all of the employees were doing a great job handling the rush. My sandwich was excellent. O e of the employees that was obviously on break eating even thanked me on my way out.
I hope they are able to keep this level of service in the future!

Ordered the chicken salad sub. The chicken sald tasted great, but whoever made it put so much olive oil on it that it made the bread very soggy…soaked the wrapper and ran all over my hands and down my arm. Teach them to go easy with it. Some is good, that was ridiculous. Tried to add the photo we took off my hands and the sandwich but it won’t upload.
