After multiple times of NOT receiving a correct order we have decided to try a different sandwich shop. Every Saturday we order($60 weekly) and almost every Saturday something is wrong. We order and pay for extra bacon and get none. Ask for items on side and get none. We understand that it gets busy and things get overlooked, but it’s every week. Then when I try to call, the phone is off the hook for at least an hour. Extremely disappointed

I don’t typically order jersey mikes but I came in and ordered right away on a busy Sunday afternoon. All the staff was very nice and the process was fast. Especially the older gentleman (didn’t get his name, probably the store manager). The sub was delicious and that same guy was very personable, outgoing and straight up a great guy! Thanks for the great service from the entire staff, definitely coming back more often now!

Literally my first time there tonight, ordered, everything was ready, people friendly. But they messed up my food. I don’t eat beef, I ordered chicken, I checked my receipt and promptly called to be told they could only refund for my sandwich for they are closed for the night. I appreciate not being able to eat my food.
