Employees are nice and when they actually give me my food it’s good. But due to poor training or maybe she wanted a free meal, an employee refused to give me my pickup order claiming “A Dasher needs to pick it up”. How anyone in 2025 doesn’t know how the concept of ordering pick up or how doordash works is beyond me. Waste of my work break having to explain that to her and then having to talk through support to get a refund that isn’t normally allowed. If somebody decided to use doordash pick up that wasn’t a longtime user, this employee would have screwed them out of not only their time, but their money.

We tried subway after the previous managers left just because and wasn’t impressed then so we stopped going there until this evening we decided to try it again. The sandwiches were slopped together and had to ask for moreon some items. The items that were asked to have more of didn’t happen. The two behind the counter didn’t know what went on the specific sandwiches. They need to be trained a lot better in making sandwiches.

Very nice staff. They were wearing masks and gloves which I appreciated and they have plexiglass up for separation of customers and employees. They no longer carry roast beef but they have a steak and cheese melt that my mom enjoyed. I got a salad for the first time with grilled chicken and it was really good. I recommend this place for a good quick meal.

My work crew and I went here for lunch and it was a very good experience. We all ate here. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly, and quick to make all 6 of our sandwiches. I would recommend eating here often.

Make sure to look out for coupons, they make a trip to Subway a MUCH better deal! This particular store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is what you’d expect from Subway… fresh and good : ) Thank you!

Ordered a turkey and cheese and looked at it when I got home and it had only four slices of turkey and no cheese this is a foot long, don’t go to the Subway in New Haven.

If I could give a zero star I would, worst customer service skills at a management/owner level, got told my order would be remade after it had been made wrong, chicken bacon ranch comes with lettuce and tomato and everyone knows that, but I drove all the way from Gerald to New Haven to get my fixed order for them to tell me they didn’t make any of my order wrong and wouldn’t be remaking my order, tells me to give them a number for the owner to call to talk to us, and Karen calls us, and proceeds to tell us that we are in the wrong that our sandwiches were made right, mind you my grandmother was sent to get all of our sandwiches with a list of what and exactly how to order everything and us knowing that subways should know what the basics of all there sandwiches are, but they didn’t and therefore we didn’t get all the correct topping on our sandwiches, Karen then proceeds to agree that the chicken bacon ranch does indeed come with lettuce and tomato admitting that her store wronged our order, and then told us that they would remake it only to find out after getting there that wasn’t the case. WORST SUBWAY IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, and Gerald exists.
