We tried Paradise for dinner after a long, exhausting day at Universal Studios..traveling and surviving on just junk food. We were really hungry and had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

We ordered Gobi Manchurian as a starter, but it came out completely burned, and even the kids didn’t like it. Then we tried the Butter Chicken, which had a strong dry methi flavor and didn’t taste like the classic version at all.

We started doubting the quality and ended up canceling our biryani order. Overall, we didn’t enjoy the food..

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I order byriani online and they send it without cutlery. How can I eat it if they did not send any spoon or fork? This is basic and common sense to send cutlery with any dish and especially byriani. Now I need to go to any near by restaurant to ask for cutlery.

We ordered Gobi Manchurian and there are Bone pieces of Chicken. I am very disappointed because I am pure vegetarian. This is very unacceptable. I will never order here or come here. Please be careful.

If I could only leave a negative star… one word to describe my experience: Discriminatory.
I came with my friends for dinner today Saturday 10/4/24 at around 7 pm, the restaurant wasn’t listed as “per reservation only”. There was no signage on the door or explanation from the staff on any private party event. My two friends and I came in, and one party of about 8 people, of what seemed to be same ethnicity background as the restaurant attendant was sitting in the middle, other tables were available, but as we asked for a table, (we are all Hispanic) we were asked to step outside for 10 minutes. No explanation, they just asked us to step outside. I have never felt discriminated in this manner. As we waited, we noticed their food was just beginning to be served, didn’t seem like a 10-minutes wait. We left.

I was so excited to see that my favorite spot from Artesia has opened a location closer to me. Absolutely any dish from here is so delicious both veg and non veg. The street style veg or chicken noodles are a MUST try, you can order any spice levels, and gotta say flavor took me back to my hometown. Chicken 65, Manchurian any type, both Chicken and Lamb biryani, garlic naan, malai kofta, fantastic taste. I always come back for more. Please keep it up guys!

I ordered take out for goat biriyani and when I opened the package it was Chicken biriyani. They literally made me pay for goat biriyani and gave me chicken biriyani. Not to mention the quantity was very less and dry. Not worth it.

Food is okay. The biryani isn’t spicy even at the hottest level we asked for. It also had way too much ghee and lacked the flavor a biryani should carry. The chicken vepudu isn’t hot either and honestly lacked flavor too. The server was kind and polite, contrary to a lot of reviews I see here. Give them a visit if you’re dying to have Indian food but there are probably better options in the area.

I have been going to their Bay Area locations for years now and just tried their LA location for them first time.

Ordered the boneless chicken dum biryani which was simply terrible in my opinion. Chicken was overcooked and stiff. Tasted and looked stale as well. Stomach was upset the next day.

0/10. Wouldn’t give it a try again or even recommend it to anyone.

In recent times, I haven’t been visiting restaurant’s. For the celebrations of my friend’s new car we’ve visited this restaurant. To my surprise it was so good that around Los angeles this was my best experience.
I have tried Lamb, chicken dum and special biryani’s it was very delicious. The paneer biryani also was good. In the same week i’ve been tempted to go again and full-fill my cravings. The restaurant owner was very cooperative and good person. He gave me biryani after hours cooperating with laundry store beside it.
I suggest everyone who visits LA try this gem : )
