I been going there on my lunch time break because their service is “Excellent”, “Fast”, and “Fresh”. Also the staff working there are very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this place for a quick meal on lunch time rush. Good job to this store Manager and his staff.

The food has always been mediocre, but I continued coming here out of convenience. I already have to order double meat because the portions are small, and I am not a big guy. After this recent experience, I won’t be returning.
I had an unpleasant interaction with staff when ordering my sub. They prepared it without asking what I wanted on it — skipping the step where they normally ask about mayo, oil, spices, and other toppings. When I pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the oversight or offering to correct it, they told me they have never operated that way — which is honestly insane. Anyone who has ever been here knows that’s simply not true.
For the record, the sub was not how I like it, and it was even sloppier than usual. It was disappointing both from a product and customer service standpoint.
It was frustrating to feel dismissed over something so simple and easily fixable. There was no effort to resolve the situation or provide basic customer service.
If I hadn’t already been ordering for others, I would have walked out. Moving forward, I’ll be taking my business to Authentic Cheesesteaks down the road.

Listen, I’m a religious Jersey Mike’s consumer almost once a week. It’s my favorite! I’ve been to multiple locations, Westlake being closest to my office. This one, however, seems to NEVER get it right through delivery/online orders, to the point I have to go in, which isnt a huge deal but thats the point of ordering online and paying for delivery, the convenience.
I feel like unless I go in to monitor how my sandwich is being made, it wont be made correctly or efficiently. For example, ordered for delivery today and my sandwich came with ONE SLICE OF TURKEY (I’m not even kidding, I felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich), like 2 pickles, and barely any lettuce. Its never consistent.
I can appreciate the quickness the restaurant has to offer but efficiency matters just as much, especially after paying for delivery.

Food is good and consistent across locations but the service at this location is not great. Usually takes several minutes for any workers to acknowledge you even when nobody else is in line. They also are frequently heard gossiping and cursing from the line. When dealing directly with them they are nice enough.

There isn’t really much atmosphere per se. There’s some tables and chairs if you want to eat in, but this is more of a grab & go restaurant.
The food is excellent. I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like. It’s like Subway on steroids. Better quality meats and produce. Ordering in the app is the way to go because sometimes the line can be long. But that’s a reflection of how good the food is. Hot subs are grilled right in front of you and cold subs are sliced to order.
Some people think it’s expensive, but with the way Subway has raised their prices, the difference isn’t really that much. But the improved quality makes it worth the little extra $

It is definitely better if your in person watching them make the sandwich. Night and day different. We did Uber Eats and had it delivered to Avon today May 1st. Mikes way number 8. No bacon, no mayo, very little of anything it was all bread. It’s a great sandwich when made correctly, will never Uber Eats it again though.

OK. I just had my first Jersey Mike’s sub and damn it. I had the Mike’s Chicken Philly. It was SO GOOD. The young man on the grill knows what he’s doing!! Service was friendly and efficient. Great job!
