I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The food was not fresh, the fries were cold, and the burger looked like it was thrown together in a rush. The service was also slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive.
What made it worse was the cashier’s attitude — he was very rude. I asked for a cup of water with lemon, and he handed me a dirty, wet paper bag with no lemon inside. When I asked again, he just said, “I’m sorry, I can’t give you that.” I’ve never experienced anything like this at In-N-Out before. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and food quality because this visit was far below the standard I expected

Was in the mood for some In N Out so decided to head over to this location in Panorama City. If car lines are too long, I usually just pull into the lot and order at the window.
I ordered a double double with a slice of onions. Took them a few minutes to get to me since they were busy in the little stall. Food was ready within 10 mins or so. Took it to go and ate it at home. It was good but I remember it being a bit better. At least they use fresh ingredients and dont freeze their beef patties.

It’s fast food so only so much can be said for the atmosphere. But they do keep it clean! Do I really need to say much? I’ve never had a bad experience at any in and out in the LA area. Everyone is always super nice and friendly! They always work very fast, even when they are slammed. They check multiple times with multiple people to make sure your order is right! They just really know what they are doing here!

Always delicious, fresh, and amazing. The service is top notch as well. The one thing I must tell you about INO, is that the food has a half life of 2.5 minutes, so you better eat it hot and fresh! That is to say: it isn’t as good when it cools down and it doesn’t heat up quite right, in my opinion.

Been living in Colorado for the past 9 years but originally from Cali. Just had to get my In n Out fix. It’s in CO but I don’t want to wait 9 hours.
Always a great double double and you have to switch out raw onions for “grilled” (sautéed). Crispy and juicy party patty always and a good toast on the bun. Only reason I can’t give them 5 is because, as always, their fries are not great. They don’t double fry like you’re supposed to so you don’t get crispy, salty fries.

food is very good, always made fresh while you wait. closest thing you can get to dine in food but in your car.
BUT beware if you decide to go drive-thru your gonna wait a long time. my suggestion, park your car in their parking lot or if it’s full on the street next to it and order through the walk-up-window, way quicker and less wait than drive thru.
i ordered the protein style burger which simply replaces the bun with lettuce . the boys got double doubles plain just meat, cheese, and bun.
the crew even gave the boys stickers and a hat, how cool was that….! definitely cumming back……!!!

Drive through system is bad. Be prepares to wait 30 minutes only to get skipped and have to wait an additional amount because they never took your order.
