5 stars because I know how good this place can be. I’ll share my most recent online order experience. I placed an online order using my rewards account, for two cold regular sized sandwiches and one hot. That was the entire order, nothing else. I placed the order at about 7:32pm and the app told me it would be ready for pickup at 7:50pm. I walked into the store at about 7:45pm, immediately after another customer had just walked in and up to the ordering part of the counter. The Jersey Mike’s staff proceeded to take this customers new order which appeared to be for 4 regular sized sandwiches along with bags of chips. After finishing this customer’s sandwiches, bagging them and asking if he was a member of the rewards club (they weren’t) and if they wanted to join (they declined) and seeing them on their way, the staff proceeded to go back to making sandwiches. When I was able to catch the attention of a staff member (not easy) they informed me my sandwiches had just started being made. It was 8pm.

Always delicious! It’s much fresher tasting than Subway with more meat and flavor! They even have gluten-free bread and offer to use a clean knife and surface to cut the bread if you have gluten issues.

My husband got the Big Kahuna Chicken and asked for it without jalapenos. At least a third of the stuff inside the bread was jalapenos, which destroyed his tastebuds in the first bite. He couldn’t finish it. The tuna sub was good. They only cut the top half in the middle, so when I picked up what I thought was half, the sandwich fell apart. The staff were incompetent and rude, and the menu was confusing. We have had Jersey Mike’s before at other locations and loved it!

Usually my go to spot for a quick bite but mother’s day wasn’t my best experience with the staff. Staff member literally tossed me and my wife food at us. Like I said this is my favorite sandwich shop and I will return but that was uncalled for. Not even a apology.

If you order a roast beef sandwich, you had better expect just a very thin layer of beef along with tons of lettuce. It’s a lettuce sandwich! They are trying to save money cause beef prices are high, but seriously?

Not at the top of list of subs station. BUT, Wednesday Jersey Mike’s had an annual day of giv. For the past 13 years, 100% of ALL sales donate to local charities. That is at the Top of my list and deserve 5 Stars! I ordered 4 subs and left a nice gratuity for the quality and hard service of the employees who to made the day of charity special. The subs tasted great. Freshly sliced per order. This was our first time trying this place. I wish the subs could be toasted like subway. I am not a cold sub person.. But the meats and cheese toasted great! The slicer employee definitely hated his job, and the store was dirty.

I love Jersey Mike’s and it is always a treat to go there. However today I went to the one on Hill Road and the girl taking my order acted very bothered by me telling her my order to the point I was going to ask her if I had done something to irritate her. Ordered 4 subs. 3 cold 1 hot. Before leaving spent a total of $50 and generally do not have a problem with that as the quality is usually very good. Came home, unpacked the sandwiches only to have 3 of the 4 subs the bread was so hard it literally made a knocking noise when we tapped it on the table. They were completely unedible to eat as a sub as when you pushed on the bread anywhere it literally fell apart because it was so dry. I called and asked to speak to a Manager only to be told there was not one working at time.
