I was greeted and I gave my order but was ignored by four of the five staff because they were having their own conversations about, of all things, waterboarding and how funny it is. (There may be a few veterans who might have a different point of view). I believe today’s crew on staff at 12:30 p.m. needs more training regarding customer interaction and to only have conversations that might be sensitive to others on their own time. The bulk of the time i spent waiting in line was with two of the guys on the line, with their backs to me. The girl cashier, was even yelling at the guy at the end of the line asking him personal details about his life. Perhaps this is a Gen Z thing but if I owned this franchise I would be mortified. More training for this crew, please. As always, the sandwich was outstanding. I gave two stars instead of one star because the guy who took my order was doing his job.

I live in berea, we don’t have a Jersey Mike’s in Madison County, which is a huge letdown because this place is great! The service there is fantastic the food even better the atmosphere cool place to be! I would definitely suggest going here and definitely get the Big Kahuna cuz it’s fantastic!

Food is always good but the staff is less than desirable to interact with. You are in the service industry and the people pleasing industry, be kind. If you’re public facing, act like it. Everyone has bad days, I get it, but don’t be blatantly rude.

It is definitely a quality sandwich shop. I actually would prefer Penn Station for the Philly steak sandwiches. I will visit again and get something different. I’m sure they have other really good sandwiches. The only negative thing I can say is that I think the bread is too big. It does taste good though! Just too much for the philly..
