My 1st visit to Jersey Mike’s. I gave 2 stars only because of the friendly staff. This was the worst sub I’ve had in a long time. The bread was hard, so hard that I took a video clip hitting a butter knife.

Me and my family ordered 4 sandwiches with chips and drinks. The staff was not attentive at all upon arrival. Then once they finally quit playing and acknowledged us they took our order. They got 3 out of the 4 sandwiches incorrect so they had to redo them along with 2 other people waiting for food as well. Then once they tried to correct they just gave us back 1 sandwich fixed and the other 2 the same exact. The staff was rude and obnoxiously loud. I eat Jersey Mikes several times a week and this is the only location that I’ve tried 3 times and always issues. I will not return.

Great sandwich, but the price seemed a little over the mark. Wasn’t a lot of meat on the sandwich. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and for the price of it I shouldn’t have had a few bites with only onion and peppers. Meat didn’t even cover the bread.

Food was good and most staff was very friendly. It was our first visit. Line was long and seemed to move very slow. When we finally got up to counter they asked what we wanted. Was very loud in the small place so hard to hear. The guy was rushing and not so polite when I told him the sub and toppings. I was not aware he just asked sandwich other made it an another charged. Lesson learned so I won’t look stupid next time thanks to the worker. The kids doing toppings repeated asking what I wanted every time I said it. An then asked another guy how to put it on. Really all the subs have the same stuff. We got it mikes way!!!! Then the older guy checking us out asked what we got. I told him and he got our stuff and then asked what we got. Like I think it’s just to loud in there and way to much going on for them to concentrate. An this is why the line was moving slow. To much repeat and staring off in space. I’ll just place orders for pick up from the app rather then deal with inside.

Absurdly slow service. There’s at least 8 employees and I can’t get one sandwich in under 15 minutes. Funny, the kids that just went on break got his made pretty damn fast!

Pretty expensive and wouldn’t be able to get it all the time but prefer this over Subway any day. Love that the meats and cheeses are sliced in front of you.
