Mom’s in a very small strip mall lot. It’s at the deep end so parking is quite easy. They also have some outside seating which is a nice option on warm days. Inside decor is cute with Vietnamese scenery murals on all the walls.
We got the shrimp pho and fish banh mi sandwich. Pho was very large portion and a generous helping of 9 large shrimps. Banh mi was also a good size and very flavorful. Service was nice and prompt.
Will definitely come back when we next crave a good hot pho.
I ordered the Beef Satay Pho and it was AMAZING — rich, spicy, and full of flavor. The portion is huge, honestly good for 2 people, and the price is very fair.
So healthy and refreshingly delicious! I also tried the Beef Banh Mi, and it tasted so authentic with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors.
The interior gives real Vietnam vibes.Service was also fast and friendly…
Definitely coming back!
Highly recommend! ✅
But the wall painting is the best part, making you feel like you stepped into Vietnam.
The garlic noodles aren’t as good as a Chinese street style, but they have crispy chicken that comes with skin and a fish sauce dipping sauce.
We’ve had the privilege of getting to know the owners and family as they were building their business. On top of being exceptionally nice ,the food is just fantastic.
My wife and I have had a number of the meals, and all were just delicious. You can see in the photos below some of the meals and appetizers that we have enjoyed. All were served piping hot and beautifully presented.
The appetizers we’ve enjoyed were the angel wings ( off the hook delicious), pot stickers, shrimp rolls with peanut sauce, pot stickers, and fried tofu. All were served hot!
The meals we’ve had are Chicken Pho,the Bun Bo Hue. A combination of beef, pork, and vermicelli in a rich beef broth. They have a marvelous selection of sandwiches. All served on a crispy ( and very fresh) French roll. I had the cold cut combo sandwich ( It puts Subway and other places to shame). My wife had a fish patties sandwich. It was really different and delicious. They have 14 sandwiches to choose from.
They also carry a large selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, fruit teas, and juices.
Do yourself a favor and dine in. The walls have been beautifully hand painted. That alone is worth seeing. I think the best part is it’s a family run restaurant. Everyone we’ve had the pleasure of meeting has been just a joy to meet and get to know.
The restaurant is immaculate. Something I’m very picky about. They have also brought in large palm plants8 to obscure the view of the parking lot when you sit outside or in. It gives it a marvelous tropical feel. Do yourself a favor and try the place out. You will not be disappointed. Marvelous food and wonderful people always bring out the best in all of us!
Pho: One of the best I’ve had, ever; I haven’t had too many other places recently but it was amazing. Great meatballs with the bit of crunch to them, tendon & tripe was cooked perfectly, amount of meat was perfect and not disappointing in any way. Broth was true to heart. My favorite local place to hit up now!
Egg coffee: this is an absolutely delicious variant of viet coffee. A real treat if you can handle the coffee.
Bun Bo Hue: Had just the right amount of spice to not destroy anyone, flavor was great. I only wish they had the pork blood but I know nowhere nearby has that… I tried it just because I wanted to review it and it honestly didn’t disappoint.
Kiwi & Banana smoothie: went out a bit on a limb here for this one, probably won’t get it again. the flavors were fairly subtle and its definitely refreshing, just not on a cool evening. If I were in Vietnam climate.. I’m sure it would be delicious.
All in all; this is the Viet place I’m recommending everyone try in the neighborhood. Their Pho is standout delicious and it seems to be a true small family business so enjoy the sweet homely environment while you can. The aesthetic is traditional with some modern flair, and they had the cutest uniforms that nod to viet culture.
