Just reported this location to the corporate office for the ridiculously sad experience my family had trying to celebrate my 6 yr old son’s first basketball ball season. To sum it up they gave us a look as if we were back in the 60s and didn’t belong there. This young tall thin guy walking around with tinted glasses and a tan leather jacket (presumably management) rudely and loudly asked how many without even looking in our direction. Then passed the menus off to another young man who passed n empty sitting area with 5 other identical booths to put us all the way in the back corner in the only booth taped up with duct tape! After the multiple strange looks, annoyed groans, and being ignored in my face when I asked for a high chair 3 times we decided as a family to spend our money else where. The older lady who was going to be our server seemed to be the only person smiling and actually looked and spoke to us like people. Wish we could’ve stayed for her, but this place is WAY different than what I remember. Never again will I put my family through that kind of mistreatment! Just Go to Denny’s…great service over there.

Recently had a disappointing experience at IHOP. Our waitress, Aram, came across as very inattentive and short with customers. It felt like we were an inconvenience whenever we tried to ask for refills or check on our order. We waited a while for basic things. When she did come to the table, she seemed rushed and rude. It just made us feel uncomfortable… I hope management looks into improving customer service.

Always good food at IHOP. The waitresses are friendly and service is good. Also, the portions are decent size. We could not finish either our omelettes or our stack of pancakes. Which was fine because we took some home and had it for lunch. It was still good.

The pothole in the parking lot will destroy your car at 12″ deep DO NOT COME HERE if you have a nice car. Maybe a truck would make it in but then it’s too tight to park it.

Very odd experience. The waitress was nice at first. my husband asked about the unlimited pancakes. The waitress said it wasnt going on anymore, but then said if he really needed it she could do it for him. But she tried to make him feel bad about it. Which was rude and unprofessional especially since she was making it into a joke. She then asked if he wanted more pancakes and when she brought them again tried to make him feel bad and act like it was a hassle. The table next to us had ants all over it. We had two kids and only got one kids menu. When we were done and ready to pay the waitress told us to pay with her not at the front which was odd since every other Ihop you pay at the register. But after telling us that she never came back so we could pay. So after 15 mins my husband paid at the front. The food was good, but I will probably not be going back to that specific location.

The Food at IHOP is so delicious. The pancakes are Ultimate, the eggs, the bacon, and even the fries are just great. The service is super nice probably the nicest service out of all the IHOP. The Atmosphere is pretty decent all the tables are clean just some rips in the seat. Otherwise this was 5 stars.
