If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered directly through the jersey mikes app and the dasher picked up my order and cancelled it. Which I understand is not Jersey Mike’s fault thats not the blame I am putting on the store. I did call the store and they said to call door dash so I did. I called door dash they said they would be reimbursing jersey mikes since the driver stole my food. So I called Jersey Mike’s back the manager Samantha was terribly rude and unprofessional accusing me of stealing and I never received my refund. Terrible customer service I will never be returning and if I do not receive my refund I will be filling a chargeback with my bank. I tried to resolve this with the store professionally but since there has been nothing but disrespect I decided people should know about the horrible customer service from the manager.

We have tried this location MANY times and almost every time, something goes wrong with our online order. I live almost 20 minutes away so by the time I get home, I am not going back to get it fixed.

I have never submitted a complaint before but I did with our most recent order asking for a full refund. BOTH of the sandwiches I ordered were not right. Mine was missing multiple toppings and the meat portion was ridiculously small for a regular sub (see photos). The other sub I ordered was supposed to have extra meat on it and it was regular meat at best and also on the wrong bread. Upon receiving my complaint the store manager/owner called my husband to discuss. She basically called me a liar for saying I didn’t get what I paid for and that she would give us credit for one sub. She claimed she observed the sandwiches being made and they were done correctly. Absolutely not true. I have been to other JM locations and never had this issue with small portions and orders being consistently wrong especially if someone claims to be watching them being made.

Good customer service does not exist here. Rude owner who doesn’t take customer concerns seriously. Retrain your staff and give people the portions they pay for, please. We will not be giving this location any more of our money.

Best of luck to the franchise….it will be needed if this is how you treat customers.

The girl at the register was new and misrang my sandwich as a regular instead of a giant- even though we said it 3 times (me and other coworkers) but she is new so I was understanding. When she asked who she identified as the “GM” what to do she told her to “charge her for another regular.” Turning my $18.65 sandwich into a $21.30 sandwich, plus paying tax twice. I wanted to avoid confrontation and at this point I was irritated. I verbalized that this isn’t right and she awkwardly stood there and said she has to listen and she is new. So if the owner of this location could contact me I’d like to discuss being ripped off- and your “GM” teaching new employees that that’s the way to do it. This was THEFT. I did not get 2 regulars I got one giant. Thanks.

My hot order was skipped and other customers behind me got their hot sandwich first, I had to ask about my sandwich and then had to tell the cook to put the Chipotle mayo on my 43 which is supposed to come with it. When I asked where order was because mt ticket was the only ticket up there then the manager said he’s working on it but then the manager put 3 more on tickets up there and the cook started on those because the manager put the new tickets in front of mine. Corp. Needs to reevaluate this crew in my opinion and retrain them all.

Ordered a giant sub through Uber eats and order got delayed ( no big deal) , finally receive the sub and the bread is old and tasted awful. Paid $20 for a sub with old bread, it was so brown it looked like wheat bread instead of white. I wouldn’t have been too upset if I didn’t pay $20 for this sub but thats a lot of money for something that isn’t fresh. Contacted customer service and they said they sent this over to management and never heard back. Will not be returning. Waste of money.
UPDATE: Contacted the manager that responded to my review and never got a response whatsoever. Seems they don’t care at all.

Rip Off!! The meat and cheese were sliced so thin that my #13 regular size Italian turned out to be a vegetable and bread sub. My wife and I genuinely felt cheated after paying 23.00 for 2 regular size combos with almost no meat. I have been a jersey mikes customer and have ordered the same sub for years and never had such a horrible experience. – This franchise owner seems determined to extract as much profit per customer as possible. 6/29/23 Placed an online order customized all three sandwiches. Get home our sandwiches are dry as cardboard and no cheese on our Philly $50 later. None of them were made as I requested. I guess reading customers notes it not apart of one’s job description but reading for tips is. Every time this manager is working this is what our Philly cheese steaks are like. A waste of money, gas, and time. Tried calling the Gallatin location but no answer. Don’t go here just buy the stuff and make it at home. On top of that the employees didn’t even greet me when I picked up my order.
