I am extremely upset. I usually order the 2 2 topping mediums pizza pickup order. It comes out to 14.98 in Ormond and has always come to that. I order this special every time. I paid 18.08 for the same special on beach side Daytona. I ordered a salad and paid 8 dollars for a salad that was disgusting and you can clearly see that it was past its due date but I didn’t see it until I got home. Never had a bad experience in Ormond.

Had a later order last night around 11:30pm. I know it’s the day before a holiday. I didn’t mind the late wait time to have my food delivered. By the time it was the pizza was burnt, and my wings were cold. So almost $50 dollars got tossed in the trash, cause it wasn’t salvageable. Anyways call this morning, let the manager on duty “David” or whatever his name is. Explained the situation was more than cordial, just to be met with an attitude, and that it’s the day before Thanksgiving? Like okay yeah it’s a holiday week, but that doesn’t excuse serving inedible food, that people work hard for their money. So instead of receiving a refund, because the owner wasn’t in, I was fine with just a free replacement. Even after nicely declining because id rather just have my money back. Well replacement food comes yet again, bad quality. The cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked through, couldn’t even pull it apart like normal, or it be puffed up. like it was just tossed in to heat up. I get it’s a “holiday” week but that doesn’t excuse serving under quality food. It’s been years since I’ve been in food industry, worked PLENTY of holidays. Never did a customer like that. It’s cool I’ll just hit up ormond next time, at least they have manners, and serve hot food ♀️

We order Domino’s a lot,always get pizza ,wings, pasta.Last night we wanted to try their subs and I wasn’t impressed.First off you can’t order extra meat or chicken and when they arrived they were on a very small sub roll and hardly any meat on the Philly cheese and not even a handful of chicken on the chic Parmesan,the subs were basically bread and cheese.They tasted good but not filling at all for 2 adults.At least put an extra meat request on the menu for your subs.

Everything was burnt, especially the bread. The bread was not edible and do you know what the website does it offers you the same coupons as you can get on their website 20% off of regular priced menu item. You cannot get anything back so if you want to be dissatisfied with your order and receive nothing for stuff, you cannot eat order from Domino’s cause this won’t be the last time I do, I’ve been a customer for a long time and this is the third time in a row

Careful!!!!!!! Big scammers!!! Rude managers no customer service 0 manner speaking over the phone neither in person. No wonder this whole chain is going down!! Please Dominos you have to make sure to hire well educated people who at least can listen to the needs of their customers.

Pizza is always piping hot with fresh ingredients and made exactly to my liking each and every time! The Manager does an excellent job in every aspect of this business… she’s also very down to earth and easy to talk too.

Had to throw away a $30 pizza because I kept finding hairs. 3 strands of (male) hairs before I threw it away. Nobody wearing nets and no one with short hair. A hair in the food is one of those things it takes a long time to forget. Also, I’m all about compassion the homeless, but there was a guy right at the entrance just sitting on the floor blocking one of the doors.
