Visited this chain for the 1st time. Store was nice and clean even the rest room. I didn’t actually eat the food my boyfriend did. He is an avid Subway eater and stated they were not as good but were more pricy. I do not eat subs so I wouldn’t be able to give you an honest review of the food.

This was my sub in a tub ( that’s how one orders a salad). There was more lettuce on my husband’s sandwich! And, despite ordering ahead it wasn’t assembled until we pulled up to pick it up. It was supposed to be ready at 5:32 and we arrived at 5:42. Never had this problem at the Tigertown location.

My son and I stopped by this location on the way back to Atlanta. When we entered the building, there were 3 employees there, 2 males and 1 female, none of them greeted us, neither one of them said hello, welcome in or how you doing, one of the guys continued to cut the meat, the other 2 continued as if we were not there. Finally, one of the guys asked what we were having, still no greetings, I told him and minutes later, I had to repeat it. The male cashier didn’t say anything to me, not thank you or even told me the amount. Those 3 employees are the reason I’m writing this review and the reason I only gave 1 star. Customer service is EVERYTHING!! The sandwiches were ok and fresh. The bathroom was filthy, tissue and paper towels were on the floor. The store could have been more clean.
