We were staying in Orange Beach, Al and received a coupon for Jersey Mike’s. It was a very nice deal so we decided to stop in. Even upon arrival, the experience was amazing. The staff was extremely nice, polite and helpful. The staff went way above and beyond expectations to accommodate our orders since one was going to be a travel sandwich. The sandwiches were exceptionally tasty and satisfying. I am extremely pleased with the food and service. You have made a fan of Jerseys Mike’s by the experience had at the Orange Beach location.

Extremely disappointed! Very slow. I watched as the employee dropped my bowl and scoped it back up. then handed it to me. She told me she was too busy to even put it a bag. If I wanted a bag I would have to do it myself. The meat was forgotten off the order. This was the third time I have been in the store, and that was the last time. What waste of time and money.

I can’t say that I have tasted the food, only that when I walked in, I walked right back out. I didn’t see anyone eating, only about 15 people waiting either to order or for their order to be completed. I know they think its a great thing for them to slice the food at the time of the order, but that just adds a ton of unnecessary time to complete orders when you have a lunch crowd waiting to be served. I would say, don’t go if you’re in a hurry during lunch.

Oh my gosh, such mediocre food and terrible service! When I arrived, there was one party of 2 in front of me. 2 female employees were doing nothing, and one female employee was slowly slicing meat. The 2 sandwiches she was making took a lot of discussion. Then a male employee came in and asked the party behind me for their order and wrote it down. I asked if they were skipping me, so he wrote downy order too. Then he went and stood in the backroom doorway, making 3 employees doing nothing

$10 for a regular size sandwich. It had 3 really thin pieces of ham and 3 really thin pieces of cheese. It was mainly bread and lettuce. I recommend Publix sandwiches, it’s in the same shopping center

Only 2 employees here during the lunch rush. And waiting 30 mins in line they gaveaway my sub to someone else… so I had to wait for another one.

When we got down here to Orange Beach AL Jersey Mike’s had specials buy one get one free so we took advantage of it and had several coupons. They did not disappoint like they say you get what you pay for and this was more than what we had to pay for they were loaded with the meats and veggies and anything else you wanted on it. We got them hot. We got them cold and they were absolutely delicious.

Not a very good experience at this location. They got the order wrong, and also didn’t receive my receipt. The employees need training. I contacted customer service and all they had to say, was that each location was independently operated.

Nice customer service and right across the beach. I was ecstatic about this place opening, but unfortunately was disappointed to find mold on my buffalo chicken sub. The place has to pay closer attention to detail!

Got a sub on wheat bread and the bread wasn’t real fresh. I guess the wheat doesn’t move as fast as others. This is the first time I’ve gotten stale bread. I’ll check next time to be sure it’s soft.
