I come in here once a month or so and have never had anything but pleasant experiences. The staff are friendly, prompt and they are always hustling between an enormous amount of online orders and in-store orders. The food is as good as any other Jersey Mikes and always hot, fresh and stocked.

The district manager was on the sandwich station. He handle raw meat for the Philly cheese steak sandwich, the handle my sandwich without changing his gloves. My sandwich also was press up against the meat slicer. When I told him he needed to remake my sandwich, he copped a attitude ans and told me everything was cross contaminated. And refused to remake my sandwich. So I walked out. I will never do business with again. And will let everyone I know what of restaurant their running.

I just want to point out, i went here a month ago and customer service was terrible(like they were bothered that customers even came in). They had horrible attitudes and were unprofessional. I chose not to post a review at that time because somehow the food was actually good but this time i am. Last night we tried to go to this location at 8:30pm to grab 2 subs and they had all their chairs on top of tables and the open sign was not lit. Also, they locked the door at this time. It states they close at 9pm so we are confused? We will not be choosing this location again. The 2 star is because the food was good the first time or else it would be 1 star.

Food was okay. Staff was grilling a steak for someone who lived in the apartments next door. Watched them walk in and grab it and walk out with it. This location has been cleaner in the past than this last visit. I’ve been to Jersey mikes all of the southeast and this one use to be one of the better ones. Now it’s ranking with the other Birmingham locations.
